We are pleased to inform you that you have been selected to participate in the Designing Citizen-
Centered Public Services program, which will be held from 18 April to 28 July 2023.
In line with this, we would like to invite you to a kickoff meeting from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM on 18
April 2023. During this meeting, we will discuss the schedule, conduct our pre-test, and go over
some reminders about the pre-work.
1. REGISTRATION
Please ensure you have completed the Registration Form. Please register on or before 29
March 2023 at 10:00am. We will need your information to finalize the hotel room list and meal
arrangements, process certificates, and monitor attendance. Please ensure your name is
complete and accurate. Do not use acronyms or abbreviations for designation and
department.
2. ZOOM ACCESS
The Kick-Off meeting will be held on 18 April 2023 from 9:30am to 11:30am online via Zoom
Meeting Platform:
The in-person lecture and workshops will be conducted in the DAP Conference Center in
Tagaytay City. Participants will also be housed in studio rooms onsite and provided breakfast,
lunch, and dinner.
Participating agencies will only need to shoulder their transportation to and from the venue.
Participants must also comply with the facility’s House Rules and New Normal Protocols
(Annex A).
5. LEARNING MATERIALS
Slides, sample worksheets, and additional materials can be found in the Participants’
Resources Google Drive folder. To access it, please click on the link below. Each team will
also have a kit where you can upload outputs.
In preparation for the workshops, please watch the Session 1 and Session 2 videos and read
their accompanying slides to get the basic foundations for the workshops. These materials
can be found in the Participants’ Resources folder.
All teams must also prepare a Client Journey Map and gather User Data. These will be your
references in the succeeding workshops. Each agency can find the worksheets for this in their
respective kits. You can use the Client Journey Map tutorial video, sample outputs, and
Session 2 slides to help you figure out how to fill out the worksheets.
7. ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES
A Certificate of Completion will be issued for those who completed in-person workshops,
implemented, and shared partial results of their service improvement project during the
Sharing Session in December 2023. A Certificate of Appearance will be issued for in-person
activities for reglementary purposes only.
8. COMMUNICATION
Reminders will be periodically sent through email. We also have a Viber group where you can
send questions and clarifications. To join the group, please click on this link or scan the QR
