1. Teachers and Learners will have to acquire a set of skills and adopt certain
characteristics in order to become successful in 21st century society. As being
transpired on the discussion, the following are the most common 21 st century skills
teachers and learners’ surface nowadays.
 Effective communication skills
 Information, media and technology skills
 Learning and innovation skills
 Life and career skills
This common 21st century skills if portrayed, learners will be developed holistically
which is an asset for employment. 21st century society is constantly evolving, as a result
student need to have the ability to become lifelong learners in order to adapt to changes
and succeed in modern society

2. Integration of technology in the process of learning is very important to address the


needs of different learners. In my experience I let learners used gadgets in class granted
that this gadget will be utilize for an activity. I downloaded an offline android app
version of Phet simulation which is very effective in addressing different virtual
activities, specially this time of pandemic. Learners will learn at their own pace using
different platforms which help them to become an independent learner. This approach
is very effective as seen in the result of their assessment.

3. Teachers in different generations must cope up to the underlying 21 st century skills


needed for an effective delivery and process of teaching. ICT integration in the process
of learning must be observed and different online and offline platform must be utilized
to fully address learners needs technologically. Teachers must maximize the use of
gadgets in the process of learning to provide a new avenue for learning.
