Hi Mike,

Please approve hiring Tatiana Latino at a base of $200K + 40K bonus (Total
240K). Her base will likely be $195K, but I need some room to negotiate.
She will be dedicated 80% on frontier (this allocation is $192k of her comp
before taxes/benefits ($240K x .8 = $192K) at first, and once this account
is cruising she will spend more time on other accounts. The 80% of her
time, including taxes, benefits and desk cost = $225K. Frontier will pay us
$234K for this position.

As we agreed in the past we were holding on recruiting for the head of

Client Finance until we can get this person fully funded. Most of her cost
is recovered on Frontier, and we will find more funding as we win other
accounts. Frontier and DOW are our real only large enterprise accounts,
and she will be positioned to lead Client Finance for all large accounts,
including DOW. Keep in mind we still are paid approx. $200K on DOW for
finance work, and she will eventually take this over as well.

Please send your approval to make Tatiana an offer.
