Large Party Reservation - Terms of Agreement

A written contract and a $250.00 deposit must be made to secure all reservations/banquets. Reservations must be
confirmed with a credit card at the time of the booking. If no guarantee is received by this date, the reservation is
considered canceled. Full refund of deposit will be given at the time of the final bill. Deposits should be a credit card
authorization or personal check made payable to El Gallo Restaurant (EGR). Neither will be processed until the day of
the reservation. All deposits will be held by El Gallo Restaurant. Deposits made in cash will be 350.00.

Once the event is reserved and guaranteed with a credit card, we will begin to finalize the menu. The details of your
event, including menu, estimated cost and special arrangements will be verbally confirmed. The balance is to be paid in
full at the conclusion of the event. Any adjustments to the menu after verbal confirmation will be reflected in the final
bill.

A final count of guests is due one week prior to the event. If no updated count is received, the original guest count
verbally confirmed will be used as a firm guarantee. This is the minimum number for which you will be charged. The
charge per person is $15.00. This is the amount you will be charged per person for guests guaranteed but not in
attendance. No food or beverage can be exchanged for this monetary amount. Tax, set up fee and gratuity will be added
to each per person amount.

Cancellations must be received 3 weeks prior to the event or subject to a $350 cancellation fee. "No Shows" result in a
fee equal to 50% of the estimated total.

All food and beverage is subject to a 20% Service charge and 8.25% sales tax.

Limited menu is required for reservations/banquets in excess of 20 people. Kindly refer to limited menu provided. No
separate checks are available for banquet functions. A $75.00 or 10% of the total bill set up fee (whichever is greater)
will also be added to the total bill. There is a minimum food purchase of $ 500. Per event.

Due to occupancy restrictions, reservations made for parties fewer than 70 people are NOT guaranteed to be held in
completely private dining areas. EL Gallo Restaurant will guarantee a group of tables be reserved and arranged with all
the accoutrements needed to make your event a special occasion.

Private Functions on Friday or Saturday evenings are available only with a 100% guaranteed number for people of 70
persons or more.

Full linen service is provided for all reservations.

Food and beverages are contracted for consumption at El Gallo Restaurant only and cannot be taken from the specific
venue unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the event. Our standard serving time is 2 ½ hours unless the client has made
prior arrangements with El Gallo Restaurant
Alcohol Policy: No one under the age of 21 years of age will be served an alcoholic beverage at an EGR event. No one
under the age of 21 may sign a contract for services involving alcohol. Picture ID will be required to show proof of age.

We encourage patrons to utilize the designated driver program for such events.

With the signature of this contract, the signed company or individual is responsible to consents to all the conditions set
forth in the agreement above.
