AFFIDAVIT OF SELLER / TRANSFERROR

NON-TENANCY & AGGREGATE LANDHOLDINGS

I, ESTIFANIA T. PAGUIA, of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of 347

Pilapil St., Tondo Manila, after having respectively sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state:

That I, the registered owner over a parcel of land sold to spouses Luisito C.
Mateo and Bienvenida A. Mateo with an area of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE
(883) square meters, more or less, located at Brgy. Balubad, Bulakan, Bulacan with
an area of covered by Original Certificate of Title No. 039-RO2022000253 (P-5219);
under Doc No. 652, Page No. 130, Book No. XX, Series of 2022 in the Notarial Book
of Atty. Rogelio J. Bolivar dated12/27/2022.

That the said parcel of land is not tenanted or under lease by other person/s
but is self-cultivated and is not covered by Operation Land Transfer pursuant to PD
27nor the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program under RA 6657as amended by
RA 9700;

That our aggregate landholdings does not exceed landowners ceiling.

That this affidavit is executed in compliance with Dar Administrative Order

No. 1., Series of 1989 as well as well as to show proof that our total aggregate
landholdings in the Philippines does not exceed the landownership ceiling of five (5)
hectares.
