 "True ease in writing" refers to the ability to write with skill, fluency, and a natural flow, while
maintaining clarity and effectiveness.

How is Art opposite of Chance?

 Art is opposite of Chance because art involves deliberate craftsmanship and skill, while chance
implies randomness and unpredictability.
4. In what ways is writing comparable to dancing?

 Writing is comparable to dancing in the sense that both require a sense of rhythm, flow, and
coordination. Just as a dancer must carefully choose and arrange their movements, a writer must
select and arrange words and ideas.

5. Explain how the sounds of words in line 7 echo the sense or meaning of the line.

 The sounds of words in line 7 ("Words that move and words that heal") echo the meaning and sense
of the line. The repetition of the "w" sound creates a soft and soothing effect, reinforcing the idea of
words having the ability to emotionally resonate or bring comfort.

 In general, Alexander Pope's poem demonstrates that he can follow his own advice. Throughout the
poem, he showcases a clear, concise, and skillful use of language. His words have a rhythmic flow
and a deliberate choice of sounds and their meanings, showcasing his understanding and mastery of
the principles he sets forth.

III. Application

In your own experience, would you agree that true ease in doing something always comes from
hard work and discipline? Explain.

 In my own experience, I agree that true ease in doing something often comes from hard work and
discipline. While natural talent and innate abilities may play a role, it is through consistent practice,
dedication, and a willingness to put in the effort that one can achieve true ease and mastery in any
endeavor.
