1. In your own understanding what is training exercise?

-Training exercise is a combination of both training and exercise. Why?


Because in a way of Training your body to build up more strength, endurance,
mobility and flexibility, and balance. Exercise in a way that it helps your body
health, improves your productivity, heart pressure, stamina, immunity, and
mood.

2. Are you willing to engage these types of training at home? Why?

-Of course, I would love to engage these training exercise at home, it is


because I would love to build up my physical shape and also to take good care
of my health. But before I go over this kind of training, I need to rejuvenate my
inner self first, because these kind of training needs more of my determination
and commitment; for me to achieved the goal of having a fit body and good
health.

3. Are you ready to make your own training exercise?


Yes or No, what is your reason?
-Not yet, because I attempted it several times but it only lasts for 2-3 days and
back to my lazy self again, but now I am training my inner self first. Gain more
commitment and focus of training exercise.
