• Execution time shall start after advance payment, final fabrication sizes confirmation, drawing approval and passes arrangement (if
applicable).

Terms & Conditions:

• Estimate is valid till the date as mentioned in estimation expiry.

• All quantities/sizes are re-measurable. In case of any variation in quantities/sizes, prices will be revised based on same unit rates.

• All required No Objection Certificates (NOC) to be provided by the client. (where applicable)

• Value Added Tax (VAT) @ 5% shall be applicable on invoice value.

• Purchase Order (PO) cancellation will cost 25% of project value.

• Drawings to be followed will be as approved from the client considering technical possibilities.
• Fabrication size may vary but symmetry will remain the same as per approved drawings.
• Storage area for materials, supply and erection of scaffolding and supply of electric power are the responsibility of client.

• Client will be fully responsible for arranging gate passes/any permission from relevant authorities for site access. Zealcon Technical
Services LLC shall only provide company/employee details if required.
• Any complaint related to the job which falls under the maintenance warranty shall be entertained within 48-72 working hours after the
raising of the issue through written intimation in email.
• Zealcon Technical Services LLC will not be liable for any delays in the project completion date, due to delay of payments by
client/contracting company, delays in site openings or readiness, delay in
approval of drawings, material specifications or samples, delays due to any changes/variation or additional works, Slowness in decision
making process by client/contracting company or delays by external
factors i.e., erection of scaffolding, electric power supply, and necessary permits from various authorities etc.
• Any deviation from this estimate will be carried out only under a written confirmation.
• Any structural calculation (if applicable) will be charged separately.
• Zealcon Technical Services LLC reserves the right to claim payment in full in the event of delay in certification of works completion by the
contracting company/client.
• Extra charges may incur if the chosen RAL color powder coating color is not a regularly available shade or not available in stock. Variance
shall be applied and shared accordingly in such cases
• All products remain the property of Zealcon Technical Services LLC., unless payments have been received in full. Zealcon Technical
Services LLC also reserves the right to remove from the site any
movable parts of these products and retain them unless invoices are paid in full.
• Advance received is non-refundable, in the event of order cancellation after any material purchase or delivery for any items from the
approved estimate.
• Company reserves the right to claim any payment from the given payment terms at its discretion with valid reason. Furthermore, no
warranty can be claimed in case all the payment has not been released to
the company.
• Packing & Delivery charges will be separate (where applicable).
• Interdependent fabrication sizes shall be considered at their own timelines. Delay from supplier shall not be considered as delay in
company’s provided timeline.
• Any variations in features, BOQ/dimensions or additional scope of works would require separate pricing.
• Approval from the building management and arrangement of crane (if required) and material delivery to client’s apartment/villa/site (if
applicable) from the cargo lift is under client responsibility.
• Warranty will be applicable and subsequently, warranty certificate shall be issued only after the last payment is released. In case of any
unreasonable delay in payment release, the date of warranty shall be
applicable from the due release date of final payment.
• In case of delay from client in any payment which is due upon delivery before off loading, AED 500/- shall be charged as extra
transportation fee.

Payment Terms:
• 50 % advance along with confirmed purchase order.
• 30 % before progressive material delivery on site.
• 15 % upon progressive installation
• 05 % upon completion and handing over of scope

Execution Time:
As per Mutual Agreement, after advance payment and final fabrication sizes confirmation with drawing approval, along with passes
arrangements
