Dear Mr Zornoza,
I am writing with regard to our order of projectors on 12th May. The order
number is 3943875PL.
We ordered 10 projectors for my school. Unfortunately, four of these projectors
are broken because the fan are stuck and they overheat a lot. This is a big
problem because the children need them to teach.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Moreover, I feel that you
should offer us some compensation for this inconvenience. I look forward to
