Role: Management Trainee (Business Development)

Responsibilities

AADYAH is a Space Technology Company that builds Technology Platforms that

enable our customers to fast-track the design and launch of AI/ML driven Space
Assets. Our Technology Platforms focus on Launch Vehicles, Satellites and Space
Debris.

We are looking for fresh MBAs (from Sales & Marketing stream) with
CIN Number: U29270KA2016PTC092332

Engineering Degree with a PASSION FOR BUILDING SPACE ASSETS. You

will be responsible to generate the lead, and work with the technical team and
the customers to offer follow-up with prospective clients. Once you discover the
client's needs, you will discuss our product's technological capabilities and
business value with the client. He or she should be able to clearly articulate
highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.

Responsibilities

 Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations

 Identify and maintain prospective clients

Qualifications

 MBA with specialization in Sales & Marketing

 BTech in EEE/ECE/Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical
 Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads
 Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
 Enviable passion for satellite and Technological developments in Space
domain

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: INR 5.12 per annum on joining (during the MT Period of 6

months) which will be revised to 6.14 per annum and, attractive Employee Stock
Options (ESOP) as per the scheme, on being confirmed in the organization, after
six months of training.
