SESANTE, JHON MYLBERT V BSMT-J1B5 RIZAL-303 Assignment

Rizal’s future today: Jose rizal’s ideal and their relevance to the youth

Dr. Jose Rizal had own ideas of education, freedom and national identity. He emphasized the importance of

intellectual development and critical thinking and believed in the power of education is to develop individuals

and society, Looking back at the colonial period; him by studying in various places across the globe and

creating a book such as Noli me tangre and El Filibusterismo he was able to fight silently without using any

force. This gave our people and even enemies just how much of a threat rizal was. As a national hero, for me

Rizal’s legacy will remain forever his values and principles will be forever relevant to the youth unless some

unrecognisable bad truth came from the history and tart rizal’s legacy. His emphasis on education encourages

young people to pursue knowledge and personal growth, looking at one of his step on breaking free on

spaniards Dr. Rizal explore the world just to pursue his study, This really set an example to the youth; just

thinking of it that his country is under invasion, killing is nothing new that time, but him dedicated to free the

Filipino under other country and using knowledge as one of the key. His passion for freedom and social justice

inspires youth to stand up against injustice and work for positive change in their communities and that just

shows that even the smallest step one at a time can change something it’s just a matter of consistency and how

dedicated your are on doing it. Rizal’s call for national unity and identity reminds the youth of their cultural

roots and the importance of preserving their heritage. Publishing freedom words on his books to setting up a

example on the youth by leaving some of the most recognisable quotes the relate on loving your nationality

and loving your culture. Overall, Rizal’s commitment to peaceful means of reform and his ability to articulate

his ideas through literature show the youth the power of words, creativity, and critical thinking as tools for

influencing society and will be mark forever that a unforseen person using his words and publishing skill to

create a diversity that will change the people’s mindset to have a own nationality to be proud In. By studying

Rizal’s life and ideals, the youth can draw lessons and inspiration to become responsible, informed, and

proactive citizens who contribute to the betterment of their country
