I. Background of the Problem

 Growing up is a big challenge for a child. This is were they develop massive curiosity in
the modern world and as they tried to grow they tend to adapt a new phase. However,
some children have certain problems on their part of growing up and development.
Moreover, the lack of child’s care among parents have been engaged to this. Most of
them also, unfold different illnesses and diseases that may affect the child's health.
Thus, these implement the child’s care, health and development program among
communities with children most likely who suffers these problems and to seek and
resolve this kind of problem.
II. Possible Partners:
 In this case, the program is being partnered by the local health community along with
teachers and professional caregivers. They will accommodate the objectives of this
program.
III. Possible Solution:
 The program allocates certain activities such as:
1. Symposium on the health that may affect the child in his/her younger years. This
is to inform the parents the effects and symptoms that their child may develop
because most likely they are prone to diseases. Moreover, there will be also a
forum on the child’s care and development. It covers the developmental and
physiological change among children due to the mental age progress of it. This
forum serves as the guidelines among parents and to provide the basic actual
needs of their child.
2. Feeding program
3. Recreational activities among children aged 4-10. As a part of growing up,
children must thrive these activities to unlock their potential skills or abilities
and interests of it.
4. Medical checkup to ensure the child’s health.
 Teachers, caregivers and the local health community will help on implementing these
activities. Right after, parents is packed up with knowledge on the development of
his/her child.

 Educational institutions serves as the path of change among societies making massive
improvements on its domain. Moreover, it embarks a powerful journey to young citizens
lurking for the future they want to. Thus, education is a powerful tool where it
sharpened, shaped and improved the knowledge of every individuals. It’s a key for the
unopened door of opportunities and evolutionary.
