Revisit the VMGO of the College. Get familiar with it and answer the following
questions.

• If the college VGMO is a road track of your destination, where are you in this
road track? What convince you to say so?
Comparing the college's VGMO to a road track towards a destination, I find myself
at the initial part of this track. This analogy means that I've just begun to explore and
understand the Vision, Mission, Graduates, and Core Values of the college. Similar to
embarking on a journey where the surroundings are new, I'm currently absorbing the
information and concepts presented in the VGMO. My position at the start signifies
that while I've been introduced to these elements, I still need more time to fully
internalize and grasp their implications. It's like standing at the beginning of a road,
where the entire route and destination are not yet entirely clear. As I delve deeper into
the college's VGMO, I expect to progress further along this road track and gain a more
comprehensive understanding of its significance and how it shapes the institution's
identity and objectives.
• Which part of the vision and mission do you like the most? Why?
What I really like in the college's Vision and Mission is the idea of doing things
really well (excellence) and coming up with new and smart ideas (innovation). The
reason I like this is because it's important to always try to do our best, and also to think
of creative ways to make things better. This way of thinking helps us grow and make
positive changes in our lives and the world around us.

collaborative work prepares me to excel in group projects and contribute effectively in
a team. Additionally, the commitment to seeking solutions to workplace problems
