Proposed Solution: The following additional requirements are needed in (SRTS) for
raising of the Service Request (SR) from Branch/Region/Head Office for credit to
customer account for TDS .
Business Requirement Document –Modification in SRTS-Direct Tax
*in case of revision of TDS Certificate (XYASDPQ) , TDS certificate no. can be captured as
original (XYASDPQ1) , etc.
Proposed Solution:
In SRTS the following new fields to be added in ‘Additional Info Tab’ for
category “Request for TDS Credit” and validation will be applicable in the
combination of Sub categories given as under.
1 - First Qtr.,
2 - Second Qtr.,
3 - Third Qtr.,
4 - Fourth Qtr.
