JANITORIAL SERVICES EVALUATION
CLASSIFICATIONS
A total of 167 people took part
167 RESPONSES in the third quarter janitorial
services evaluation. The
majority are students. Others
include faculty and non-
teaching employees. This
implies that the evaluation
included comments and input
from various sectors of the
institution, including as
students, academic staff, and
administrative workers, which
can provide a comprehensive
view of the quality of janitorial
services during that time period.

JANITORIAL SERVICES EVALUATION
In the Restroom Area, most
RESTROOM respondents had positive
ratings:
42.5% of the respondents
rated it as outstanding for
cleanliness, including toilets
and sinks.
More than half (53.9%) gave
an outstanding rating for the
regular sanitation of trash
containers.
Likewise, 31.7% found the
sanitation of towels/tissues
to be very satisfactory or
outstanding.
As for the daily cleaning and
polishing of glass/mirror
hardware, there is 44.3%
rated outstanding.

RESTROOM ratings from 49.7% of the
respondents because they
swept and washed the floors
on a regular basis.

problem. Poor
performance was rated by
1.8% of respondents; a
minimal percentage to
address the water supply
problem..
