Instructions: My Application. Identify a situation where you felt stress or anxious these past
few week.

1. What did you felt like?

___a sense of unease or worry about the future. Overthinking about my family problems.
Overthinking is not easy too much thinking will lead you in a situation that you can harm
yourself. _ Overthinking often leads to worry and rumination, which can elevate stress and
anxiety levels.
Poor Decision-Making Over thinkers may struggle to make decisions as they become
paralyzed by excessive analysis, leading to indecision or making choices based on fear.
2. What were your thoughts?
Many people frequently suffer overthinking, which can have both advantages and
disadvantages. Knowing when thinking too much has a detrimental effect on one's
wellbeing and becomes excessive is crucial. As one over thinker I think positively on
how to deal with it. I think critically on every day live.
3. What did you do about it?
First I pray and always be thankful in our God that he is always there to guide me.
And I take a deep breath and stay calm always. You may find it hard to stop thinking about
someone who triggered you emotionally. Identifying the reason, and practicing acceptance
and distraction, are just some strategies that may help reduce intrusive thoughts.

In the future I promise that I can control myself and stop overthinking because overthinking
is a common stress that every people might be encountered by there are many ways to
overcome and have a positive thinking in every situation always seek God pray to him and he
will do the rest.
