MINUTES OF THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BARANGAY ANTI DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL OF ADLAWAN, VALENCIA, BOHOL ON
THE 21st DAY OF FEBRUARY 2019 AT ADLAWAN BARANGAY OFFICE.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order by the presiding officer Barangay Captain Concordia Tagas at 6:00 in the evening, followed
by an invocation led by the Kagawad Helen Tagaro.
ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM:
The Barangay Secretary called the roll and all were present. The Chair then declared the existence of quorum.
READING OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES:
There being no corrections, on motion of Kag. Delson Tagaro duly seconded by Kagawad Renato Maestre, the minutes of the
previous meeting was adopted.

PRESIDING OFFICER’S TIME:

 Presiding officer told the council that we have a new PNP Chief who is PCI Carmelito Jornales form Cebu.
 The council discussed about the additional forms for the MIOP pre evaluation for the upcoming graduation. We were chosen
as one of the pilot barangays to graduate in the MIOP Program.
 Peace and Order Committee Kag. Delson Tagaro and Chief Tanod Flavio Gamolo report about the peace and order situation in
the barangay. so far there were no uncommon incidents regarding curfew hour violation and other crimes.
 BADAC Chair discussed about the mentally challenged persons in the barangay. we should see to it that they were treated
right and they have the support from their families.

ADJOURNMENT AND CLOSING PRAYER:

With no other matters to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 in the evening on motion of Chief Tanod Flavio
Gamolo duly seconded by Kag. Desideria Bugas, with a closing prayer led by Barangay Kagawad Helen Tagaro.
