B. MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR 3 YEARS

1. Personnel Requirement. 6 personnel as follows:

One (1) Manager/Designer

One (1) Driver
Four (4) pax Male/Female capable of doing multi-task gardening, planting, trimmer,
helper, etc

2. Deployment. 4 days work per week per personnel with schedule including Sundays and
Holidays. Overtime is subject for approval by Management.

3. Coverage. The following areas inclusive of its trees, plants and grass shall be covered:
 Trail from ticket booth, assembly area up to steel parking, cafeteria including
peripherals front of building and bus parking area.
 Open and semi-close spaces inside dome in 2nd floor with various animatronics
and canopies.

4. Required Equipment. Make available the following equipment and materials but not
limited to:

 Portable pump and hose for watering of plants 3x week on dry season or as
needed.
 Weed or cogon cutter as needed or per instructions from management.
 FB type utility vehicle for transport of plants, grass and the like.
 Small chainsaw with DENR license for tree maintenance. As needed.
 Essential equipment and tools such as but not limited to garden hose, ladder, dust
pan, brooms, coats and rain boots, sprayer, bareta, pikes, trimmers, shovels, rakes
and other tools to complete landscaping jobs and maintenance as instructed.

5. Scope of Work. The Head or Manager should suggest or provide a landscape design
appropriate for all new themes or subject characters portrayed in the Space Hub and
efficiently oversee all grounds landscape maintenance services for existing themes.
Material supplies like compost fertilizers, pesticides, soil, additional plants, trees and
ferns, stones, art decors and fibering are separately billed subject for instructions and
approval by management.

 Planting, watering, weeding, trimming and pruning of plants, grasses and trees.
 Cultivating, fertilizing of soil and spraying of plants with appropriate insecticides.
 Relandscaping, replanting of landscaped areas as needed.
 Install protective fences in affected landscaped areas as per artist or management’s
instructions.
 Cleaning of areas after completing works including misplaced stones, debris and
other litters.

Service may opt to add personnel on situations where grounds maintenance is needed during
special occasions or disasters, etc and to replace any equipment or tools that will be more
efficient in completing the services needed as mentioned above. Additional supply of trees,
plants, ferns, grasses, ornaments and related decors and other materials identified and
approved by Management NOT included in the above scope of works for landscaping shall be
billed separately.

Total 3 Years Maintenance Costs P4,200,000.00

Three Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only

Terms:
Payment- SUPPLY/LABOR - 50% Downpayment upon signing, balance by progress billing
SERVICE MAINTENANCE (3YRS) – 50% Downpayment, balance payable by
Quarterly billing due upon presentation of Invoice/SOA.
TAX- Exclusive of 12% VAT
Validity- No price changes on Contract within the specified period.
