SCALE CRITERIA

Excellent The individual demonstrates a deep understanding of their character's background


90-100 personality traits, motivations and goals. They are fully present in the activity
initiating and responding to interactions with other participants in a meaningful
way. The presenters showcase a high level of creativity incorporating unique
perspectives, ideas or approaches into their role-playing.

Satisfactory The individual develops a character with some degree of complexity and
80-89 consistency and is able to engage adequately in the role-playing activity
participating in most interactions and showing some level of enthusiasm. However
there may be occasional moments of disengagement or passivity. They offer new
interpretations or ideas adding elements of interest and originality to their
performance.

Fair The character's background and motivations may be vague or unclear resulting in
60-79 an inconsistent portrayal. The presenters exhibit signs of disinterest resulting in a
lack of meaningful contribution and role-playing performance lacks notable
creativity.

Needs for The individual's character development is minimal or nonexistent. The character
