ENDOCRINOLOGY:
1. Classify the oral drugs of Diabetes Mellitus. Describe the MOA
of Metformin(or, Metformin is a euglycemic drug not a

the indications of using Insulin. How will you manage Diabetic

hypoglycemic drug to take it before breakfast everyday. One
day the patient forgot to take the drug and started having the
symptoms like, Dizziness, Blurring of vision, Sweating, trembling
of hands and after three and half minutes he lost his sense.
What is your provisional diagnosis and what may the most
possible cause of this condition? Which group of drug was most
likely prescribed to him? Give examples of few drugs in this
group? What are drugs that least like cause this condition? How
