Two players (A and B) in the game simultaneously put out either one

or two fingers. Player A must also announce the number of fingers

that he believes his opponent has put out. If player A correctly
guesses the number of fingers put out by the opponent, A wins the
sum (in dollars) of the fingers put out by the two players. Otherwise,
B wins (from A) the sum (in dollars) of the fingers put out by the two
players.
