Program Manager SAP S4/HANA

I work as SAP S4/HANA Program Manager in Europe and Rest of the world Accounts with 21+ YEARS of Global
Experience with a focus on SAP S4/HANA Finance. I have also completed Infosys Internal certification in S4/HANA
Finance as a part of Cross Skill Upgrade program. I was a part of Energy Utilities as well as Consumer Retail vertical
since last 15 years based in US and Mainland Western Europe. Last 10 Months I managed Isuzu and Volvo Trucks
demerger Program. I was leading the ISUZU S4HANA Business Analyst team to draft the business blueprint design
in alignment with Volvo Existing design approved for S4 HANA Upgrade by Capgemini. My external customer was
Volvo IT team and Cap Gemini to configure and fulfill the delta with Isuzu in order to make Isuzu a standalone
system. They will implement the Sales Supply and Finance work packages 1909 Support pack 2 on Microsoft Azure.
This was a 10 million $ Engagement spanning over 24 Months.

Currently in HCL I wear double hat and Technically Lead SAP Finance Programs of Two Large Clients in Nordic
Region, Velux, and Ericsson with a combined Billing Value of approximately FTE 25 million $ in ECC Ecosystem
these are all Engagement for 3 years. I also manage the whole ECC program as well spanning across Full Suite like
Finance, Sales Supply Plant Maintenance Material Management, EWM and Logistics. I also technically Lead and
manage on SLT interphase between the modules and Suite on HANA. I am also advising Velux at Denmark
on Moving to AWS by decommissioning Microsoft in their upgrade journey to S4 HANA.

I started as an SAP FICO Business Analyst in Indian Rayon (Aditya Birla Group Annual Turnover 60 Billion USD$)
within Finance Processes in 2001 then moved as an SAP FICO consultant in 2004, scaling up as a SAP S4/HANA
Senior Principal Consultant cum Scrum Master defining the sprint phases in a hybrid mode during realization phase
and activity along with the burnt down chart across each phase of Realize and deploy and finally Changed career
stream to Project Management in 2017 with managing Three large scale All Modules SAP S4/HANA programs with
an average RAR Value of 36 MM $ + spanning over 24 to 30 Months including hyper care. In my Whole career of 21
years, I have done 10 FICO Implementations, Finance project manager for 1 SAP S4HANA Green Field
Implementation at ISUZU Trucks, Program manager for 1 SAP HANA Brownfield implementation in PepsiCo and 1
Roll out at Coca Cola and 1 Hyper care AMS Program Manager at Tyson Food Products for North America Region.

In last five years as S4/HANA Program Manager My role included technically hands-on Leading Global S4/HANA
programs with a focus on SAP FICO and FSCM that includes Credit Management, Billers Direct and Dispute
management within Three large Consumer Clients Coca Cola, PepsiCo Foods and Tyson Foods US with each
portfolio size of 30 million $+ in RAR 1) For Coca Cola I Technically lead and Managed the Global SAP S4 HANA
Roll out top Eastern Europe along with AMS and change management. I used SOLMAN as Testing Tool 2) For
PepsiCo I lead SAP S4/HANA Implementation and SAP Sunset ECC team for Americas region along with Brazil and
Canada. 3) For Tyson Foods I lead the full suite SAP S4HANA Data Cutover and Testing for Go Live along with the
transition from Deloitte US who were the implementing partners. For Wave 2 I lead the S4/HANA AMS Support
globally with a team size of 200+.

Within AMS portfolio I subsequently lead the AMS along with Hyper care support where 40 plus FICO IS Oil Gas
and Sales Trade & Logistics Management applications where multiple jobs were run at weekend and Month end with
third party application like High Radius Chronicle for processing inbound and outbound data. In SAP S4/Hana AMS I
was involved in Forecasting Quarterly revenues and Best Estimates.

I played the role of SAP S4HANA Lead technically managing Coca Cola and PepsiCo and Tyson Food
Products in their SAP/S4 HANA Journey. In Coca Cola I technically lead the team in Data Conversion and Cutover
Activity of SAP S4/HANA on all the SAP/S4 modules along with focusing on Finance and Product costing and
Business Readiness Strategy and testing thereof using SOLMAN .2) In Tyson Foods the second Project was in SAP
S4 HANA AMS with IBM being the implementing, Partner. In Tyson Foods I technically lead the whole SAP S4 HANA
SAP Hybris AMS team for Supply chain, Finance in Assets Accounts Payable, Disputes, Billers Direct and Simple
Finance. 3) In Tyson I lead the whole S4/HANA HPQC and SOLMAN Testing, Data Migration and cutover leading to
go live for SAPS4/HANA across 21 countries except NA Geo.

I Worked as FICO SME in areas AR, AA, AP, GL, RAR, COPA, FSCM, Lockbox Filing configuration, Intrastate,
for global rollout. I worked with client on understanding of business processes, bank and sales interfaces, global
template. Requirement gathering, Gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment and documentation/ Plan, draft,
and execution of test scripts for upgrade project. Create new bespoke objects in SAP FI, Product Costing , AP, AR,
Billing and Asset Management Campaign and Trade Management creating budgets in FIORI and interact with
technical team for RICEFW development. Creates test scenarios and development of test cases and preparation of
test data Uploads all relevant master data objects and reconcile with legacy applications. I have Configured FICO
Integrations with MM and SD module. Lead the technical Conversion steps from ECC to S4/HANA in FICO Module.

In S4/HANA Finance, I have defined Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Finance to Manage FTM,
Account to Report (ATR), and Invest to Divest (ITD). Collated Different Reports in FI and Controlling Process.

In Contract Management in SAP FICO have advised and worked on Bank under did Bank Set-up, Business
Partner, Master Contract Management Master Contract Master Data, Overdraft Protection Combined Settlement,
Posting Lock Management, Post Processing Office, Payment Distribution and Monitoring, Payment Distribution and
Monitoring, Combined Statement Effective Cash Pooling, Combined Statement Effective Cash Pooling, Facilities,
Current Settings, Financial Conditions under tools defined Payment Advice and BDT Customizing, Dispute

In SAP FI Asset Management I have written Defined Worked on Organizational Structures, Integration with the

In Green Field and Brown Field implementation and transition I ran the whole Transition from Secondary State to
Steady State from TCS with 95% SLA adherence. I have defined the Market to Customer (MTC) Channel
Management, Service to Close, Service to Close. In Logistics I have defined the Order to Cash (OTC), Rent to Return
(RTR), Pick to ship (PTS), Purchase to Pay (PTP) Integration of data’s with Project to Realize (PTR).

Defined the whole downstream Retail Sales distribution process in Diageo Nestle Shell Oil and Gas and BP Oil
and Gas that includes Supply chain Process from Warehouse to Stores Procurement Process of Commercial and
Retail Consumer Goods and Energy and Utility with a Focus on Digital Processes like Web Analytics, Order
Management Solution, Oil and Gas Production in Plant Line along with Procurement from Warehouse or Refinery
through Supply Chain. In Retail Consumer Goods I worked on Drawer Management in Brick Mortar Stores in Pumps
and integrate POS in SAP CRM now IBP Business Process.

As an SAP Functional Test Manager lead 60- member test team. Participated in Test Scenario and Test Case
identification/authoring Creation and Maintenance of Test Scenarios and Test Cases Identification and Maintenance
of Test Data Execution of tests both manual and automated Documentation of test execution utilizing HP AL
Proactively identify functional, technical, and integration related defects. Perform preliminary trouble shooting of
defects to facilitate quick resolution Documentation of defects utilizing HP ALM/JIRA. I did deliver day-to-day

Integration when two or modules are Involved and manage the Timeline as to follow the project plan. By what date
will the data be given and who is Responsible for Data validation and by what date and reconcile with legacy
applications. I have Configured FICO Integrations with MM and SD module. Lead the technical Conversion steps
from ECC to S4/HANA in FICO Module.

In SAP S4HANA conversion as a lead for Data Cutover I defined different processes in cutover of FI and

Production Planning, Plant Maintenance Production Planning, Project Systems along with FICO and Treasury).

SAP S4/HANA Activate Project Management Experience since 2017

Worked and managed 15 SAP Global Engagements Right from Transition from Incumbent SI Partners. Apart from
AMS support and testing engagements, I have Designed Global Templates for Implementation Data Migration
Cutover Testing and Roll Out.

Support in organizing the work in the scrum team by making sure the right people are assigned to the right
activities/topics. Communicate updates and decisions to the scrum team. Co-lead the daily stand-up meetings to
monitor progress and address impediments. In SAP Activate with a Hybrid of sprint during Realize and Deploy, I have
done the following activity.

In Discovery phase Review solution localizations, Drive process compliance, confirm any major gaps, Prioritization
board, Update deliverables Local requirements Taking input, Drive country/regional alignment to template, manage
local teams to ensure convergence to global blueprint, provide localization TLS requirements, Sign –off processes

In Deploy phase Owned acceptance of template solution by regions, maintained template integrity along with the

I have prepared Hands on reports in Program Management on Engagement Metrics CSAT Satisfaction Index that
includes Response time trends, resolution time trends incidence category distribution, number of documents added to
knowledge.

Reports in Support Services Metrics includes Incident Volumes category wise Response and resolution time,
rejection backlog repeats call onsite resolution Rework, index system availability, RTCA% preventive Fix percentage
to total Incidents, tickets per named user.

Within CR Enhancement Metrics reports include Scheduled deviation Effort Deviation Rejection Index, Backlog
Index, Enhancement Effort Ratio. Under Service delivery framework I have prepared Reports like open Ticket
Summary, Open Ticket report as per their existing Status, Aging Analysis by ticket Type, Ticket Trend Weekly from
P0 TO P4 in addition a percentage calculation of Raised Open and closed categorization by Incidents Change or
problem incident and to bring client focus in maturing AMS helpdesk reports of how many tickets were misrouted and
how many tickets incorrectly classified.

In Project Management and AMS Service I have built Automation Initiatives by building formula based Accelerators
to estimate ABAP and BW efforts needed to build a bespoke object as a part of change management. I have used
Wipro and Infosys Automation tools Like NIA and Service NeXT to Reduce COD by 10% YOY with EASE Automation
Tools as an Average under Different tracks of SAP Digital Transformation (Differential Value between Signed WO
Value under RLS and Exit Cost due to Transformation Initiative and Automation through triage in testing and
incidence management system in service now and NIA and Service NeXT).

Drive the Customer engagement end-to-end including budget and SLA for Primary, Secondary and Steady State
Support, KAP Boot Camp, Building SOW Lines on ITL guidelines for AMS Customer expectations, delivery team
success, Reporting Forecasting AMS Billing, Engineering Capacity Calculations in AGILE Release based Delivery
and Invoicing in Billing System. Project level Charter, Managing Program level Budget, OM and GM Management

In SAP S4 HANAN AMS I was personally involved in Monitoring of P1 and P2 Interphases, SAP Basis GRC
Monitoring. I have Defined Different Service, Engagement and Support Services Metrics in SAP and Digital Both and
Negotiated Indemnity. Drafting the Master Consulting Agreement and SOW for Third Party Vendors across for the
Repeat Projects with special focus on Pricing Strategy, SLAs, and Delivery Models. While making the Project Plan a I
freeze the Design the Landscape. I lead the change Control Board Gateway way meetings, cut over, BPML list and
Defined the Business requirement document for SAP HCM, MM, PP SD CRM Logistics and FICO Interphase. I was
also involved to freeze the Process Design Document and Global Template in SA.

Heading the SAP Governance meeting, Steering Committee Meeting and Taking up the pending issues and
make it carry forward with Item Prioritization. Assuming the Risk Scope, Assumptions, Interdependencies,
Deliverables, RICEF developments Timelines, strategy to raise Change request where there is Scope Creep Defects
Review, Test Management Meeting Knowledge Transition and Work towards achieving high levels of Customer
Satisfaction. Review the overall operations, observe the trend, and initiate course corrections to prevent any service
level slippages billing Leakages and Credit memos to customer.
