Scenario: triggered by SD negative fire

1. Fire tech will call IRT/ Security at 5220 regarding FDAS panel alarm, device type, and exact
location of the device alarm.

2. Fire tech will inform duty B1, B2 and B3

3. Fire tech will check the cause of alarm together with IRT.

4. If negative fire, Fire tech will instruct the BMS operator to reset the alarm.

Scenario: Positive fire


1. Fire tech will call IRT/ Security at 5220 regarding FDAS panel alarm, device type, and exact
location of the device alarm.

2. Fire tech will inform duty B1, B2, and B3 regarding FDAS panel alarm.

3. Fire tech will check the cause of the alarm together with IRT.

4. IRT will try to suppress the fire, if not, IRT will press the MCP if the fire is insuppressible

5. Fire tech will reset the MPS/MCP then immediately return to the BOC and wait for the
instructions of B1 and IRT, while whooping sound and PA/EVAC announcement are on
going. (if MCP was Obstructed, Fire Tech will return to BOC and wait for the instruction of
IRT if it is now safe to reset MCP.)

6. B1 on duty will go to Command Post at ADB Avenue VRC. While B2 will be at BOC, to
monitor operation of systems integrated to FMS (i e. BMS for Pressurization, Elevator and
LPG)

7. Upon receiving the report of a positive fire the security will announce evacuation and try
to suppress the fire.

8. After the fire was suppressed and building is cleared by security. Security (C5) will inform
duty B1 to check the building. B1 will instruct B3 to check or conduct an inspection of the
building.

9. B1 will advice Security and give go signal that the building is safe.

10. IC to inform BOC to deactivate whooping sound, then reset the alarm.

11. After resetting the alarm, announcement from SOC that the emergency evacuation has
been completed and may now return to workstations.
