    WORK TERMS
    1 Any Forklift are not considered in this offer
    2 Any reshifting of the M/c due to any changes in Layout will be at Extra cost.
    3 Work starting intimation prior to 5 days pre-notice.
    4 The Above Rates Covers Contractor Employees ESIC, Lunch, travel, as applicable.
    5 NO Material Considered in this Offer except above consumables. If any material required will be provided by Customer
    6 We are not considered any type of modification in this offer.
    7 If Requires any types of Modification we will be charge extra as applicable
    The Workplace where machine to be shifted and the gangway through which M/c will be shifted,-Same to be Made free

    and cleaned by the Customer before Shifting the M/c to this Place.
    9 The customer have to provide ,Machine Shut- Down, work permit, etc

    COMMERCIAL TERMS
    1 Taxes- 18% Extra as Govt Rule applicable on your Account
    2 Payment Terms- 50% advance , 50 % after work completion
    3 Qtn validity- 15days.
