Financial Performance Revenue Generation:
 Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through
successful brokering deals and sales efforts.
Customer Relations Customer Retention and Satisfaction:
 Maintain a high customer retention rate by delivering exceptional
service and building strong relationships.
 Achieve a customer satisfaction score above a certain threshold in
regular customer feedback surveys.
Operational Efficiency Carrier Performance Monitoring:
 Ensure carrier punctuality and reliability metrics are met, aiming for
less than 5% in service failures.
Operational Efficiency:
 Execute all tasks and operations within specified timelines,
maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance.
 Utilize the TMS effectively for operational tasks, aiming for a 95% or
higher accuracy rate in data entry and reporting.
Communication Skills Communication Skills:
 Respond to all customer and carrier queries within 24 hours,
providing comprehensive and accurate information.
 Maintain clear and concise internal communication with team
members and management.
Autonomy and Independent Work:
Initiative  Exhibit the ability to work without constant supervision, taking the
initiative to resolve issues and make informed decisions.

Development  Complete all mandatory training programs within the stipulated
time frames.
