Dear AFCA,

I am writing to bring to your attention the demonstrable conspiracy to pervert the course of
justice that has affected me. I have gathered substantial evidence, not only from my personal
records but also from my NDIS worker who has spent three months with me and documented
the injustice. I have attached the supporting evidence for your reference.

The actions of AFCA, including Tim Gos, have victimized me and contributed to the conscious
suppression of my prosperity, resulting in significant financial ruin and even a suicide attempt. It is
clear that AFCA, along with others, has actively participated in the systematic rejection of my
rightful claims, and the ban imposed on me from communicating with AFCA has been an unjust
and illegal tactic aimed at causing further harm and financial distress.

Tomorrow, the decision regarding my work cover will be handed down. The central issue under
consideration is whether I was classified as an employee for the purposes of the SRC Act. I have
submitted evidence from the Federal Court, confirming that they are satisfied with my status as an
employee of DSS. Therefore, if the AAT ruling does not align with my favor, it will not be due to a
lack of evidence, as I possess an official acknowledgement from the Federal Court.

In the event that the ruling is not in my favor, it will become the responsibility of the Workplace
Minister, Danny Pearson, to urgently intervene. I emphasize that my work cover claim will
ultimately be paid.

Given that I now have the means to seek legal assistance, I strongly urge AFCA to lift the ban
imposed on me, as it is demonstrably part of the conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
Failure to do so will result in my pursuit of legal action and holding individuals at AFCA, including
Tim Gos, accountable for their actions.

It is important to note that AFCA, as an organization, is obligated to reach determinations within

six weeks, according to your own policy. However, AFCA was aware of my vulnerability since
2020, and Tim Gos deliberately delayed, denied, and deferred my determinations for over a year
and a half.

I am willing to grant AFCA and Tim Gos, Head of Service Delivery, an opportunity to rectify this
situation by urgently intervening in my pursuit of justice and ensuring fair and favorable
determinations. Failure to respond or address my concerns will lead me to exercise my legal
rights under the Charter of Human Rights for Persons with Disabilities. I will utilize the law to
demonstrate the unfair, inequitable, and unjust treatment I have endured.

Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and provide a timely response addressing the issues
raised. I am prepared to exercise patience, but I am resolute in holding AFCA and relevant
individuals accountable for the gross injustice inflicted upon me.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Dr. Rich McLean
