I am seeking a solution to my impasse in a way

that is living and forgiving of my self and of
others

Thanks for your reply email in response to my

public interest disclosure at DSS

However:

I am eligible to make a PID because I was

employed by north west area mental health
service in the past - a government job which is
documented and provable

I also have a document from the federal court

stating they are satisfied that I was an employee
of DSS because I have a DSS employee login and
payslips and payment summaries and other
evidence

In spite of these two things, which are verifiable

facts, I used to be engaged to Steve (Stefan)
Iasonidis (11/12/1971) from 2010-15 who worked
for ASIO. As the former partner of a public
official it is possible for me to make a PID and
that is permissible within the PID act

Can you please reconsider your stance and then

respond to this email as a matter of urgency?

I am a kind and gentle if misunderstood man.

It’s true I’ve been distressed but I’ve been living

in poverty after all my prosperity has been
intentionally redacted from me

Every day I’ve lived in poverty is another day

that family violence wins and this is not ok in my
book

All I want out of this is a life with enough

prosperity and a home for my beautiful husky and
I nothing more!

I am willing to compromise on how much detail

goes into my PID and it is within your remit to
make is possible that my PID be accepted

Could you please acknowledge this email as soon

as possible?

I have cc it to some of my carers and advocates so

they can track this process, especially dr Dilan
dharmage who has been pivotal in documenting
my persecution and to graeme wells at Vic legal
aid who have said they can help me legally with
anything to do with DSS or NDIS

I am not unkind or unreasonable and I am not

suicidal despite enormous efforts to frame me as
such and being pushed to the edge politically and
systemically

Please can you respond compassionately because

I have had everything taken from me and the
victimisation by the government is profound

I am willing to forgive and forget if I can just

move on from this situation in which I am
incarcerated and live my life in freedom from
persecution with my beautiful dog and friends I
love very much

I have also sent this to bill shortens office because

I have upset him and wish to apologise for my
actions of sending an email saying I was dead.

There were better avenues and in my frustration

just wanted to prove a political point and that has
been to my detriment

I also want to apologise to police for causing the

conflict of having to kick in my door at three am
and break the law to uphold the law it has never
been my intention to cause issues for any
authority at all especially those who safeguard the
community

Rest assured I’m very well with no intentions to

harm myself or any others and wish to just live a
simple life serving the community as I have for
over thirty years

Remember that I have spoken publicly on

recovery based living from Montreal to Dubbo to
Parliament House Sydney Canberra to
Warnambool and spoken hundreds of times in
person on local state federal and international

levels

Lastly I’m also sending this to chris Gambian

who has been a good support for me and who is
in contact with dr Patrick mcgorry and I believe
that he may respond well to my plight with the
amount of merit that I have earned in this country
including attaining a PhD my public speaking
role and advocacy and my associated human
rights awards including sane Australia’s book of
the year

Please help me by acting politically in order to

release my incarceration because it is not
necxessary and I long to be with my dog who I
love so dearly and my few friends who I also live
for

Please give me the chance to prove you all wrong

Not to Allocate a Disclosure

Dear Mr McLean,

Thank you for the information that

you provided to the DSS Public
Interest Disclosure inbox on 6 July
2023 and 10 July 2023.

I note you have raised serious

concerns for your safety in that
correspondence and I encourage
you to contact the Police.

As an Authorised Officer of DSS

appointed under the Public Interest
Disclosure Act 2013(PID Act), I
have reviewed your complaint in
accordance with section 26 of the
PID Act and determined that the
information does not meet the
requirements to be considered a
PID.
I have made this decision as the
disclosure does not satisfy the
requirements to be considered a
PID for the following reasons: A
public interest disclosure can only
be made by a ‘public official’ (s26(1)
(a) of the PID Act). I have
undertaken preliminary inquiries
with the Department and have been
advised that there is no record that
advised that there is no record that
you have been a current or former
employee of the Department of
Social Services. Based on the
information you have provided, I am
not satisfied that you are or have
been a public official. For this
reason, I will not be allocating the
matter for investigation.
If you believe that any of the
information or reasoning I have
used to make my decision is
incorrect, please notify me by COB
28 July 2023. In addition, if the
reasons for my decision remain
unclear to you, or you have any
concerns about how this decision
was made, please contact me for
further information.

Other courses of action that may be

available to you include making a
complaint to the Commonwealth
Ombudsman under the
Ombudsman Act 1976.

Department treats all disclosures
under the PID scheme seriously and
impartially. On behalf of the
