    A power outage occurred at the building at 12:55 AM on 6/23/2015. The writer called the security supervisor and was advised to contact Toronto Hydro and an electrician. Toronto Hydro arrived within an hour and determined the issue was not from their end. The electrician, Dexter, arrived and was able to restore power by 2:15 AM after checking the main electrical room. Dexter had the writer sign the bill and left a copy for management.

    Details At above date and time the power trip in the building and generator came on. writer called s/s danish
    and informed. s/s danish advise writer to call Toronto hydro and electrician. writer called hydro and
    gave the address and acct#.hydro told writer it will be an hour before any one shows up. writer
    called ccg lighting and left a message. No reply from CCG lighting so writer called signature and left
    a message.The signature called back, writer informed about power outage.Signature told writer it
    will be one hour and they are sending a person name Dexter.At 02:00 Toronto hydro and signature
    arrived at site same time.Hydro checked the power and told everything is fine from hydro and told
    electrician to check it from inside the building.Mr Dexter and Toronto hydro came to main electrical
    room and Mr Dexter put the power back on.At 02:15 ALL in order.Mr DEXTER made writer sign the
    bill and left a copy for management office.
