> Mechanical Mounting and electrical wiring has been done.

> Earlier there were two camera now the system has total four camera. Additional two camera are used to fullfill
additional requirement of the customer
> Each Camera captures image at every 90 degree of rotated bottle.
> 225ml pp amber was set and trials were taken on it and was run in production for observation.
> 225ml pet clear bottle was set and trials were taken and run in production. Defective samples were rejected
according to the threshold set and afterwhich 10 NG sample were passed and one was not getting rejected
due to the set threshold
> 225ml bottle was run in production on 10th Feb 2021 and around 100000 samples were run and 600 samples
were rejected as defetive samples.
> 150mlPET, 250mlPET,450mlPET, 225mlPET bottles samples were set in vision software and tested and
working fine.
> 450ml PET bottle trials were taken on 12th FEB 2021 and run on production.
1405 sample were run and 78 bottles were rejected in it. Defected samples were according to the threshold set
> Further more changes to decrease the rejection can cause the hair particle to pass in OK samples
> During trials 4 hair sample was passed in between 11 OK samples among which 3 were of eyebrows size
and was detected and rejected in bin in presnece of Mr.Gobind Naik.
> Afterwhich 2 samples of hair was passed in between the production 3 times and were rejected in presence of
Mr K M Khanna and Mr Gobind Naik
> The issue regarding few sample getting ejected but not landing on the rejected bin is due to the inconsistent
distance between two puck or the diameter of the holder of the puck. Timing for the rejection has been set
appropriately after observation. Two nozzle has been also provided on each side to reject and one nozzle
at the top to fly the sample in bin direction.
