    TRAVEL REPORT

    (November 9-10, 2016 -November 15, 2016)

    On November 9-10, 2016 I attended the DOT-DPWH Convergence Workshop for TIEZA and
    TRIP at Mt. Sabrina, General Santos City.

    1. DPWD Region 12 presented the Project status of TRIP from 2012-2016


    2. Regional Director Nelly Nita N. Dillera presented the National Tourism Development
    Plan (NTDP) 2016-2022, Regional Tourism Development Plan and Tourism
    Development Area (TDA).
    3. DOT 12 presented the new guidelines in the selection of TIEZA/TRIP projects to be
    funded and undertaken by TIEZA and TRIP.
    4. TDA SarGen listed the priority tourism development area/tourist attraction which
    requires funding. (See attached guidelines).
    5. Concreting of Sison-Zion-Batian road leading to Zion cave, gawan falls, 100 caves in
    Batian are one of the priorities in SarGen TDA.
    6. NEDA presented techniques in proposal writing using NEDA template.
    7. TDA SarGen write initial proposals and presented it during the presentation of
    proposals.

    On November 15, 2016 I travelled to 8 ounce print enterprises in Pendatun ave. General Santos
    City to pick up the tarpaulin for State of the Children’s Report.;
