MITEC Decision

1.0 Introduction

The purpose of this paper is to seek advice and approval from the Dean Office to disposal
study chair for residential and hostel improvement project, utilizing the fund provided by
Campus to upgrade hostel and equipments.

2.0 Background

2.1 Hostel accommodation amenities need to be improved to the convenience of the

student.
2.2 One of the criteria in the STRIM MARA- ‘ASRAMA’ Facility Audit which
involves accommodation areas.
2.3 To solve common problems and complaints from hostel residence.

5.0 Conclusion

5.1 Upon approval from the Dean Office to disposal study chair for hostel

accommodation could be successful.
