OPENING CREDITS: INT: DARK OFFICE ROOM – (EARLY MORNING)

– ZOOM IN:

MUSIC: DARK, MYSTERIOUS, BECOMES UPBEAT AS TIME

GOES ON

We see a gloved hand open up this case report with a red

stamp with ‘CLASSIFIED’ written on it. The report opens
up to PIXIE NELSON’S report, her name, anomaly profile,
her name, etc and a picture of her with a paper clip. We
start to zoom in on the picture of her, slowly spiralling
as we do so.

SOUNDS: PAPER OPENING, PAPER FLIPPING.

INT: PIXIE’S ROOM – (EARLY MORNING) – ZOOM OUT:

We zoom out of a mirror with PIXIE’S reflection, zooming

out of her face. She was brushing her hair when her alarm
goes off and she runs past the camera. We mask to her
picking up the sunglasses off the table and putting them
on. A close up of her putting them on and then a blue
light turning on, on the side of the glasses. A bright
flash and then a cut to her foot stepping through a
portal. Another bright blue flash. The colours in this
scene are bright and full of life, a warm tone in the
room.

SOUNDS: AN ALARM ON THE PHONE, HAIRBRUSHING

SOUNDS, A HAIRBRUSH BEING PUT ON A WOODEN
COUNTER, A CAMERA CLICKING SOUND

INT: A ROOM – EARLY MORNING:

Screen shown, typing shown on screen, hacking-esq typing

on screen. Title comes up as if being typed on screen.

CUT TO

INT: A CONFERENCE ROOM – EARLY MORNING:

THREE AGENTS are sat on seats, looking up at the agent

debriefing them on the mission they are going on. Pans
backwards, revealing all three agents sat still and
paying attention to the debrief. Cuts to AGENT at the
front of the room with a board, a few notes and pictures
and a map. Duller colours, hints of blue and red in
there.

CUT TO

EXT: A PARK – EARLY MORNING:

An animated scene a long pan to reveal this water

fountain with water. A portal opens just a little ahead
of the fountain and out comes Pixie. The colours here are
soft, gentle tones, still bright, but a lot more subtle.
Lots of blues and greens and yellows.

SOUNDS: WATER SPLASHING, PORTAL OPENING AND

CLOSING.

CUT TO

SCENE ONE: INT. DINER – LATE MORNING:

PIXIE is speaking to the camera, facing the lens, close

up of her face as she drinks her coffee, in a diner. She
is in a centralised shot, but we slowly zoom out a
little, until we can see a few seats to the side of her.

SOUNDS: COFFEE BEING SIPPED, CUP BEING PUT DOWN ON

THE COUNTER.

PIXIE
(nonchalant)
Well, you’re probably wondering how we got into
this situation.

Camera quickly pans to the door opening and the bell

going ‘ding’. AGENT PORCELIAN walks through the door. She
walks in casually, but her eyes dart around until they
look in Pixie’s direction and she walks closer that way.
Cut back to Pixie talking to the camera.

SOUNDS: BELL DINGING, DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING,

HEELS ON THE MARBEL FLOOR.

PIXIE
That’s Agent Porcelain, she’s here to keep a
tab on me. But I’m not supposed to know that.

Close up of Agent Porcelain as she sits down and is

pretending to look at a menu while whispering into an
earpiece. Cuts back to Pixie talking to the camera.

PIXIE
And in five minutes, Agent Thunder will come in
and she will come and start a fight. Always
violent, as per usual of the timekeepers.

AGENT THUNDER walks through the door with a silver plate

and she walks towards Pixie. She is pretending to be a
waitress, carrying plates and food as she walks over to
Pixie.

MUSIC: GETTING MORE AND MORE INTENSE AND FACE

PACED.

SOUNDS: TRAINERS ON THE FLOOR, CUTLERY CLANGING

TOGETHER, DOOR OPENING AND CLOSING.

PIXIE
(in the background)
3…

Agent Thunder walks closer and nods at Agent Porcelain.

The camera spins to Agent Porcelain.

PIXIE
(in the background)
2…

Agent porcelain gets up and walks closer to Pixie.

Porcelain on the left and Thunder on the right.

PIXIE
(in the background)

SOUNDS: FOOTSTEPS GOING FROM QUIET TO LOUDER AS THEY

APPROACH PIXIE.

The two agents’ close in and then a portal opens up and

all three of them drops through it. It’s a centralised
shot, Pixie in the middle and as the two agents come up
to either shoulder of Pixie, they nod before taking a
step closer to Pixie simultaneously.

SOUNDS: PORTAL OPENING, WOOSH SOUND OF PEOPLE FALLING.

CUT TO

SCENE TWO: EXT. THE PARK - EARLY AFTERNOON:

MUSIC: INTENSE, FAST PACED.

Animated scene, out in a park. A portal opens up, AGENT

PORCELAIN and AGENT THUNDER and PIXIE tumble out of the
portal. Pixie gets up first and starts running, closely

followed by the two agents. Pixie turns over her shoulder

to spot the two running behind her.

SOUNDS: BODIES TUMBLING THROUGH A PORTAL,

FOOTSTEPS ON GRAVEL, WATER SPLASHING FROM
FOUNTAIN, PANTING.

PIXIE
I found I could teleport to different
dimensions a few months ago…

AGENT THUNDER
We’ll get you Pixie! You can’t run forever!

PIXIE
(winks at the camera, puts on her sunglasses)
That’s what she thinks.

Pixie forms another portal and the screen flashes blue.

CUT TO

SCENE THREE: INT. LIVING ROOM – EVENING:

There’s a bright blue flash and then PIXIE tumbles onto

the floor. The portal closes and she groans. The lights
are on, so the house is still bright, warm yellow tones
filling the room.

PIXIE
I’ve been living that day like Groundhog Day
for the past few weeks.

Pixie walks to her desk and puts the sunglasses on the

counter. She sighs and walks upstairs. Then on balcony,
faces the camera.

PIXIE
That same day, over and over again. I’ve been
captured, I’ve been mysteriously freed, I’ve
run free. And I can’t escape it. You’d think I
could with these teleportation glasses. But I
can’t seem to get passed this day.

Pixie walks into her room, turns the light on, disappears
from frame and the door closes.

SOUNDS: SUNGLASSES ON TABLE, PORTAL CLOSING, BODY

HITTING THE GORUND, FOOTSTEPS, CREAKY STAIRS,
LIGHT TURNING ON AND DOOR CLOSING.

CUT TO BLACK

SCENE FOUR: INT. DINER – EARLY MORNING

MUSIC: INTENSE, FAST PACED, CUTS WHEN PIXIE HIT

OVER THE HEAD.
Back at the diner, again. The same scene plays, but it’s
sped up. This time we get further than to portal
appearing. AGENT LIGHTNING appears. He goes up to PIXIE
who is fighting AGENT THUNDER and AGENT PORCELAIN.

PIXIE
And this version is probably the wor-

Agent Lightning hits Pixie over the head with a silver

plate, and she drops to the floor.

SOUNDS: FOOTSTEPS, METAL HITTING HEAD.

CUTS TO BLACK

SCENE FIVE: INT. DARK ROOM – TIME OF DAY UNKNOWN:

PIXIE wakes up, we are in a POV shot, she looks around

and winces.

PIXIE
Ow, my head.

We are in a dark room, looking at nothing, we can make

out a chair and a door, but that’s about it. Cut to
Pixie, slowly zooming out from a close up of her face to
show the empty space.

PIXIE
(holding her head, in pain)
This is where I normally have my fate decided
for me, they usually choose to let me go on
probation. And I have to give back the glasses.
But normally my headache isn’t this fucking
bad.

MUSIC: DARK, MYSTERIOUS, UNCOMFORTABLE

A door swings open and in walks AGENT SNAKES. He kneels

to look at Pixie.

AGENT SNAKES
Ah, hello Anomaly 07, glad to see you awake.

Pixie looks worried, this hasn’t happened to her before,

we can see the visible discomfort in her facial
expressions.

PIXIE
Who the fuck are you?

AGENT SNAKES
Tsk, that’s not very polite. Agent Scarecrow
bought you up better than this, ANOMALY 07.

PIXIE
You can just call me Pixie, it’s not like
Voldemort of whatever.

AGENT SNAKES
I know. I just go by protocol in situations
like these.

PIXIE
Situations like what?

AGENT SNAKES
It’s called an interrogation

PIXIE
What- why? You’re meant to just let me go with
a warning.

AGENT SNAKES

Why am I just meant to do that? That- What? No,

never mind. I just came to see you were well
and ready for interrogation.

Agent Snakes grabs Pixie and past the camera, we are left
staring at an empty spot as the door slams shut.

SOUNDS: DOOR SLAMMING

CUT TO

SCENE SIX: INT. DARK ROOM – TIME OF DAY UNKNOWN

PIXIE comes back with a few cuts and a bit of blood on

her lip. The guards lock the door behind them.

PIXIE
I didn’t know they had it in them to do this.

Pixie wipes away some of the blood with the back of her
hand.

SOUNDS: DOOR SLAM, PIXIE DROPPING TO THE FLOOR

CUTS TO

SCENE SEVEN – INT. DARK ROOM – ASSUMABLY NIGHT:

PIXIE lays asleep, head against the wall. There is a

close up of this MYSTERIOUS FIGURE reaching into their
pocket, slowly pulling out some keys. The jangling wakes
up Pixie. Pixie wakes up and looks over at the mysterious
figure.

PIXIE
Hey! Who are you?!

MYSTERIOUS FIGURE
Shhh!

Mysterious figure frees Pixie, opening the locks on her

handcuffs.

MYSTERIOUS FIGURE
Quick, we have to go now.

PIXIE
Who are you?

Mysterious figure just walks ahead, through the door and

down a dark corridor. They check over their shoulder and
Pixie is just stood there, waiting, watching. Pixie sighs
and follows behind. They run down halls, peaking over
corners, and eventually making their way through to the
doors and into the outside world.

MUSIC: DRAMATIC, FAST PACED

FADE TO

SCENE EIGHT: INT. PIXIE’S HALLWAY – EARLY MORNING:

PIXIE is at home. She has escaped from the TIMEKEEPERS

and is stood in her hallway.

PIXIE
I wonder who that person was, that scene has
never played out before. Maybe I’m doing
something right. I wonder what my next move is.
Pixie puts the sunglasses down and stares at them. She
sighs and picks them up.

PIXIE
Do I break them? What if I never even steal
them? But then I wouldn’t exist. I’d simply
disappear. Do I really want that?

Pixie sighs and puts the glasses on, a blue flash

appears, covering the screen.

CUTS TO

SCENE NINE: EXT./INT. OUTSIDE HOUSE, MOVING INTO HALLWAY:

MUSIC: UPLIFTING, CHEERFUL, FADES OUT AS PIXIE

CLIMBS INTO THE WINDOW.

PIXIE is peering through the windows. She is looking

through the windows with a sad expression. There’s a
silhouette of A COUPLE dancing in the curtains. Pixie
frowns and climbs up to the roof, where she sneaks back
into her room. She knows her past self would be out right
now, and her parents didn’t know. A floorboard creaks.

MUSIC: SAD, GROWING IN TENSION.

MUM
Darling? Are you alright?

DAD
Come down pumpkin we haven’t seen you all day!

Pixie panics, she clears her throat.

PIXIE
(voice shaky)
O-oh yeah, I’m here! I’ll be down in a minute.

Pixie quickly rummages around for the glasses that her

PAST SELF has hidden and snaps them, breaking them in the
process. Footsteps of her parents are heard as they
approach the room. Pixie starts to panic but we look down
at her hands in a POV shot and she herself was
disappearing. Her past self however is stood at the
window watching, and once Pixie disappears, she quickly

climbs into her room. Her parents come in and give her a
big hug.

SOUNDS: FOOTSTEPS, GLASSES SNAPPING, CREAKY

FLOORBOARDS, CURTAINS BLOWING IN THE
BACKGROUND.
