Extracurricular activities at SMA

Negeri 1 Pegagan downstream

Extracurricular activities are activities outside of school hours
which provide a forum for students to be creative or channel
their talents and interests. There are various extracurricular
activities at school, including educational, disciplinary, sports,
arts and culture and many others. It is hoped that with
extracurricular activities at school students can manage their
time between extra activities and learning activities.
Escul activities will reopen in September 2023. At SMA Negeri 1
Pegagan downstream, extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1
Pegagan downstream are sports such as volleyball, futsal,
athletics.

Escul activities are held 2 times a week, namely on Mondays

and Saturdays starting from 15-17. By holding escul, it can be a

medium for channeling talents with students' interests. Developing

students' interests and talents for coaching in a positive direction

The benefits of escul are as a means of honing talents and

interests, a place to learn organization and socialization,
training responsibility and independence. This is the reason
for the principal to open extracurricular activities at SMA
Negeri 1 Pegagan downstream so that students can
develop their talents and interests.
T​ he extracurricular program is very supportive for the progress
of Pegagan downstream 1 State High School and for students
"From SMA Negeri 1 Pegagan downstream, there is already
someone who has brought the good name of SMA Negeri 1 in
the field of sports, namely Fitri Sihotang as an athletics girl who
won the provincial level competition. And then she will
compete at the national level in January 2024. I hope and not
only Fitri but For students at SMA Negeri 1 Pegagan
downstream, they must be able to channel their talents and
