In our collective, we collectively expect every member to actively engage, respond promptly, and
attend meetings regularly. Communication should be open, respectful, and timely, with members
sharing thoughts and updates transparently. We maintain high standards for quality, with each
member taking responsibility for their tasks and striving for continuous improvement. Accessibility
is crucial, and members should be available for collaboration and ensure inclusivity. Commitment
involves dedicating the necessary time and effort, meeting deadlines, and engaging in constructive
conflict resolution when needed. These expectations are fundamental to creating a productive and
collaborative environment within our group.

Ensuring Fair and Even Contribution and Collaboration:


Describe the measures your team will take to ensure that all team members are contributing and
collaborating in an appropriate fashion.
For example, how will you as a team communicate if a team member is not contributing and
collaborating effectively? How will your team manage any conflict which may arise
To ensure fair and even contribution and collaboration within our team, we will establish clear roles
and responsibilities upfront. Regular check-in meetings will be scheduled for progress updates and
issue identification. Open communication will be encouraged, allowing team members to voice
concerns. Peer feedback will be used constructively, and we have a defined conflict resolution
protocol in place. If contribution issues persist, roles may be reassessed. We'll provide necessary
resources and celebrate achievements to motivate the team. Clear documentation will track progress
and accountability, ensuring a collaborative and effective working environment.
