SUGAR DONUTS

INGREDIENTS WEIGHT(g)
FIRST CLASS FLOUR 400
INSTANT YEAST 4
SALT 4
SUGAR 50
MILK POWDER 20
WATER 220
SHORTENING 50

PROCEDURE

1. Using a dough hook, mix the dough to full development.


2. Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
3. After resting, cut the dough pieces to +- 30 grams.
4. Round the dough balls, rest for 15 minutes.
5. Flatten the ball, and cut a whole in the middle.
6. Proof for 30 minutes.
7. Heat frying oil to 160 ℃, and try to maintain the heat at that temperature.
8. Fry until golden brown.
9. Roll in granulated sugar, or powdered sugar with full cream milk powder.

PROCEDURE
Mix bowl 1, bowl 2, bowl 3,
and bowl 4.
Add bowl 3 to 2, add bowl 4
to 2, and then mix all to
bowl 1, do not over mix.
Bake to pre-heated oven for
25-30 minutes until golden
brown.
