TRAINING DESCRIPTION
:
This TRAINING is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills and desirable attitudes in
RICE LOW LAND FARMING in accordance with industry standards. It covers the Nine
Key Checks in Palay Check System, which are 1. Variety and Seed Selection, 2. Land
Preparation, 3. Crop Establishment 4. Nutrient Management, 5. Water Management, 6.
Pest Management, 7. Harvest Management, 8. Post-Harvest Management,

ENTRY REQUIREMENT :

Farmers/Trainees who wish to enroll should possess the following requirements:

 Able to read and write


 Must Be a Rice Farmer and a Member of RSBSA
 With good moral character
 Ability to communicate both oral and written
 Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public Health Officer
