Corugg Paper is medium sized company that produces corrugate paper box.

The company its self has

160 workers from which 40 are working in administration building and the rest are working in the
production department. The production line is divided in two segments: The first department is
where the production line for corrugated paper is being done and the other department is for where
the converting machines are placed and where the corrugated boxes are manufactured. When the
box is produced it is palletized and with help of a forklift it is care it out to the storage from where
can be placed into trailer trucks to be delivered to the customers.

In the production line there are 10 people who work 6 days per work only in 1 shift bit their working
hours varies from 8 – 10 hours per day. In the converting department there are 7 seven converting
machines and it the people who operates the machines are working in two shifts per 8 hours six days
in the week. For maintaining the machines there is maintenance department that has 8 people and
they work in 2 shifts 6 days per week.
