AE-105, is showing steel shade structure in front elevation of

building. But no SE framing plan drawing and its design calculations

were submitted for review.
AE-104, is showing steel pitched roofing, but no related SE drawing
was provided.

AE-102, C2 columns (400 x 400) are shown in column layout, but the
basis of their design and details with calculations were not
submitted.

AE-101, footing layout with F2 footings with footing schedule on

(same name is repeated as AE-101), has to be provided with
reactions obtained from frame analysis.

Again same AE-101 is repeated for grade beam layout and its
schedule. Grade width of 200mm is not satisfying RCJ standard
cover requirement of 75mm each side.

A complete revised SE submittal to be submitted based on RCJY

Manual, Standards, and Specifications for review.

All SE General Notes to be submitted as per 033000 sheet 1 to 10.

General comments
- In the next submission: all standard drawings and details shall be
as per RC SD 030500 sh.001 to 010, including schedule of beams,
columns, footings etc.

A/E shal provide the DBR "Design Basis Reports" as per the RCJ
Guiding Engineering Manual.

1- A/E shall submit preliminary design calculations based on Codes

and standards applicable.
2- A/E shall submit native files of the design with this package.
3- Refer to comment item No.1 & No.3.
