BAC RESOLUTION DECLARING LCRB AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL

WHEREAS, the DepEd – SDO of Dinagat Islands through the Bids & Awards Committee
advertised the Request for Quotation for Supply and Delivery of Tarpaulin for the One Day
Strategic Workshop FY 2024 Budget Preparation on the Crafting of Work & Financial (WFP)
for Program Management Information System (PMIS) Integration with the total Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) six hundred pesos (Php 600.00);

WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisements, three (3) bidders; DPI Artech Digital
Printing Services, Pixel Art and Roljane Graphic Express quoted for RFQ No. 2023-101.;

WHEREAS, three (3) bidders were able to pass the preliminary examination of bids based
on the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) during the opening of bids held on September 7,
2023;

WHEREAS, the bid amount as read is presented as follows:

WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation, and verification of the eligibility, technical
specification and costing submitted by the lowest calculated bidder DPI ARTECH DIGITAL
PRINTING SERVICES the bid has been found to be complying & responsive;

NOW THEREFORE, we, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby
RESOLVED:

A. To declare DPI ARTECH DIGITAL PRINTING SERVICES as the winning bidder with the
Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid with the total of five hundred eighty two pesos
(Php 582.00); and;
B. To recommend for the approval of MR. MANUEL O. CABERTE, OIC-SDS of the SDO –
Dinagat Islands for the foregoing findings.
 RESOLVED, at the SDO-Dinagat Islands, White Beach, Dinagat, Dinagat Islands this 7th
day of September, 2023.
