BAC RESOLUTION DECLARING LCRB AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL

WHEREAS, the DepEd – SDO of Dinagat Islands through the Bids & Awards Committee
advertised the Request for Quotation for Supply and Delivery of Textile for the Conduct of
Training Workshop On Digitization Of SLMS Into Interactive Learning Materials with the total
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) twelve thousand six hundred pesos (Php 12,600.00);

WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisements, three (3) bidders; AJN Copler &
General Merchandise, Surigao Fair Trade and City Paper quoted for RFQ No. 2023-093.;

WHEREAS, three bidders were able to pass the preliminary examination of bids based on
the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) during the opening of bids held on August 17, 2023;

WHEREAS, the Opening of Quotations was re-scheduled due to most members of the BAC
were on official travel.;

WHEREAS, the bid amount as read is presented as follows:

WHEREAS, the detailed evaluation of bids conducted on August 17, 2023, resulted in the following

WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation, and verification of the eligibility, technical
specification and costing submitted by the lowest calculated bidder AJN COPLER & GENERAL
MERCHANDISE the bid has been found to be complying & responsive;

NOW THEREFORE, we, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee hereby
RESOLVED:

A. To declare AJN COPLER & GENERAL MERCHANDISE as the winning bidder with the
Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid with the total of four thousand eight hundred sixty
pesos (Php 4,860.00); and;
 B. To recommend for the approval of MR. MANUEL O. CABERTE, OIC-SDS of the SDO –
Dinagat Islands for the foregoing findings.

RESOLVED, at the SDO-Dinagat Islands, White Beach, Dinagat, Dinagat Islands this 17th
day of August, 2023.
