Sub : Proposal for Structural design for Single storied Steel Shed.

Dear Sir,
Detailed Engineering Solution (DES) has resources to undertake both small and large projects
in civil infrastructure, commercial, industrial and building sectors with an experienced team
of principals overseeing project quality and delivery. We are involved in structural design of
several multi-storied RCC as well as steel structures around Dhaka and outside of Dhaka,
with engineering assessment of Existing Reinforced concrete structure, multi-storied steel
structure and prefabricated steel gable frame.

We have the experience and resources to undertake seismic evaluations of buildings

.including seismic building assessments in RMG sectors for various clients. We are involved
in the design and construction management of seismic upgrades to deficient buildings to
improve their earthquake strength.

We are pleased to offer a proposal for consultancy to prepare drawing design for above
mentioned structures.

01): Preparation of Structural design & drawing:

Structural Design: Foundation, Column, Beam, Slabs, Staircase, Overhead Water Tank,
Underground Water Reservoir, Lintel Drop Wall, False Slab, and Other Structural Elements. Design
report will be provided according to BNBC 2006 Section 1.9.1.1 (Part 6 Chapter 1) Structural
Design will be supervised by our experienced engineer. He will supervise for complaint building as
per BNBC 2006. He will consider
