PRE-QUALIFICATION OF
CONTRACTORS
Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), 10-Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4 Islamabad invites applications for the
Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction of Chaklala Heights Residential Apartments and Infra-Structure works at Chaklala,
Rawalpindi from reputed Construction Firms enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in C1 or above category having experience
of Executing Infra-Structure works and High Rise Buildings. The firm may send their application containing the following relevant
details:
1. Full Name of the firm, permanent address, Telephone Number, Fax Number, E-mail of head office or any branch office in
Islamabad.
2. Organizational Set up, Constitution, Memorandum & Articles of Association/Registration Partnership Deeds and the date
of establishment of Firm (including copies of relevant documents).
3. List of Technical/Non-Technical Staff (Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical) employed by the Firm with names Qualification
and work experience having valid registration with PEC.
4. List of Plants, Equipment and other relevant machinery owned by the Firm along with Year of Manufacture. Also provide
the List of Plants and Equipment’s available for work.
5. Copy of valid PEC Registration in C1 or above Category.
6. Proof of Registration with Income Tax Department/FBR (NTN Certificate) supported by copies of Income Tax Return
receipt and registration certificate.
7. Affidavit that the Firm is not blacklisted by any Government/Semi-Government Organization/Agency/Organization.
8. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel the Pre-Qualification process without assigning any reason.
9. The Pre-Qualification document can be purchased from the office of the undersigned at a non-refundable cost of Rs.
5000/-
10. The Pre-Qualification documents should reach the office of the undersigned not later than 11 th February, 2020, up to 2:00
pm.
11. Only Pre-Qualified Firms shall be invited to purchase Bidding Documents at later stage for the scheme.
12. The Employer reserves the right to reject application being incomplete or received after closing date.
