This valve is widely used in the reserving and discharging system of building material, metallurgy, chemical, electric power,
mining and light and glass industries etc. It is the discharging device of all kinds of removing dust equipment and grinding machine,
and drying machine etc.

结构特点：
Structure characteristic:
快速翻板卸灰阀采用优质钢材焊接，是一种新型的快速电控卸灰装置，采用锥形灰仓，带斜角的
密封面，卸灰彻底，无磨损，切换快速，特别适用于干燥粉尘，无粘度颗粒晶体等物料的输送系统中。
Ⅰ型为单层卸灰阀，Ⅱ型为双层快速翻板锁气卸灰阀。其驱动方式分为：D 电动、Q 气动、Y 电液动。
The valve is welded in fine steel. It is the new type of quick electric-control discharging device. The storage is cone and the
sealing face is oblique angle structure. The valve has the features of complete discharging, non-wear and quick switching, which is
specially suitable in transportation system of dry powder dust, non-glutinosity grain and crystal material etc. type Ⅰ is single layer
discharging valve and type Ⅱ is double layer quick turning-disc air-locking discharging valve. There are three types of driving: D
denotes electric, Q denotes pneumatic and Y denotes electric hydraulic driving.

The valve is the automatic replacement machine of opening and closing alternately. There are four types of valve: type Z is
heavy hammer automatic replacement machine, having the features of calm operation, saving energy, adjustable discharging and
reliable discharging and air-locking etc. type C is the suspending hammer automatic replacement machine, having the features of
saving energy, little in area, convenient in discharging adjust and reliable discharging and air locking etc. Type B is the gravity
automatic replacement machine with transmission of cam and connecting pole. Type D is the spring automatic replacement machine
with transmission of cam and connecting pole, having the features of compact structure, reasonable design, calm operation and
reliable discharging and air locking. It is the ideal equipment of all kinds of non-glutinosity, grain less than Φ10mm , crystalloid,

工作原理：
Working principle

快速翻板卸灰阀主要由阀体、阀板、阀轴、摇杆等零件组成。Ⅰ型为单层，随电气控制系统设
定的程序，通过推杆动作推动摇杆带动阀板开启卸灰，然后关闭。Ⅱ型则是通过推杆推动摇杆带动阀
板开启卸灰与锁气，随电气控制系统的设定程序，可以使上、下阀板交替开启、关闭。这样两个动作
使管道上阀板始终有一个是关闭状态，可使卸灰与锁气同时达到目的。
The valve is made up of body, disc, axle and rocker etc. Type Ⅰ is single layer controlled by electric system program. Draw
stem pushes rocker driving the disc open to discharge and lock air. Program controlling system of type Ⅱ with electric-pneumatic
can open and close the top and bottom disc alternately. The two actions can maintain closed state of either disc in pipe. So it can
discharge and lock air at the same time.

重锤锁气翻板卸灰阀主要由阀体、阀板、阀轴、摇杆、重锤等零件组成，利用力矩平衡的方法
实现锁气卸灰。即当作用于翻板上的物料产生的力矩大于重锤摇杆产生的力矩时，阀板打开卸灰，一
旦积灰卸去后，重锤与摇杆产生的力矩使阀板迅速关闭，实现锁气是由于本阀采用的是双层结构，因
而使管道上阀板始终有一个是关闭状态，可使卸灰与锁气同时达到目的。
The valve is mainly made up of body, disc, axle, rocker and heavy hammer etc. It realizes discharging and air locking using
trimming moment. When the moment made by material on turning plate is greater than that of heavy hammer and rocker, the disc
will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will drive disc close quickly to realize
locking air. Because the structure of valve is two-layer, there is always one disc in pipe that is in close condition. So it can discharges
and lock air at the same time.

电动锁气翻板卸灰阀主要由阀体、阀板、阀轴、摇杆、连杆、凸轮、弹簧等零件组成，利用凸
轮、连杆、弹簧连续动作实现锁气卸灰，凸轮系统由电气控制，因而阀板的开启角度和时间可由减速
装置控制在一定范围内。减速装置带动凸轮旋转至上半圈时，上层阀门的连杆机构互动，阀板逐渐打
开卸灰，随着凸轮的旋转，弹簧机构使阀板逐渐关闭复位；凸轮旋转至下半圈时，下层阀门的连杆机
构互动，阀板逐渐打开卸灰，随着凸轮的旋转又使阀板逐渐关闭，这样两个动作使管道上阀板始终有
一个是关闭状态，因而，可使卸灰与锁气同时达到目的。
The valve is mainly made up of body, disc, axle, rocker, connecting rod, cam and spring etc, realizing discharging and air
locking making use of the continual action of cam, connecting rod and spring. The cam is controlled by electric pneumatic, so the
open angle and time of valve can be controlled in some range by reducing gear. Reducing gear drives cam rotate to top half-turn and
link gear of upper gate move, top disc opens and discharges. Spring device makes disc close and replace with displacement of cam.
When cam rotates to bottom half-turn link, gear of sub-layer gate moves, below disc opens and discharges. The disc closes little by
little with the displacement of cam. These two actions maintain a closed state of either disc on the pipe. So it can discharges and lock
air at the same time.

安装及调试：
Installation and regulation

 安装时传动装置不允许作起吊用，并严禁损伤。
 安装前必须清洁阀门内腔，不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。
 安装前先检查阀门各传动部分是否完好，按用户工作系统要求对阀门做适当的调整（出厂时已作
标准调整） ，试运行无误后将阀门处于关闭状态再进行安装。
 法兰连接时加密封垫后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。
 电动卸灰阀使用前接电源线时请注意检查电机旋向与凸轮转向是否正确（阀体上箭头标明旋向）
，
方法是：打开电机防护罩，手动旋转叶片，调整凸轮旋向至箭头位置，然后点动电机，看凸轮旋
向是否与阀体上箭头一致，当凸轮旋向正确后方可连续开机使用，否则易造成设备损坏。调试阶
段先试 3 小时，运行无误后才能投入生产使用。
 重锤卸灰阀根据客户实际工况需要调整重锤的位置来保证每次的下料量及下料频率。
 The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid damage when installed.
 The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body
 Check the transmission part before install. Adjust valve properly according to the demand of user. Close the valve and install
the valve after there is no mistake.
 Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

 Pay attention to the rotating direction of motor and cam when connect power cord. You can open the motor protection closure,
rotate the blade by hand and adjust cam to the position of arrowhead. Then run motor and observe if the rotating direction of
cam is in accord with that in the diagrammatic sketch. When the direction of cam is right, run the motor continuously. After 3
hours of debugging and there is no mistake, the device can be used.
 Adjust position of heavy hammer according to the demand of working condition to ensure lay off amount and frequency

运输及保管：
Transportation and protection

 运输时应避免撞击阀门，阀门应处于关闭位置以防在运输中阀板和传动部件损坏。
 当阀门运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空，以防止传动轴受力过大变形损坏。
 传动装置及传动部位应作防潮、防雨处理。
 该阀应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。长期存放时应使阀门处于关闭状态，各传动
部位加润滑油，传动装置作防潮、防尘处理。
 Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.
 Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is transported in order to prevent damage of axle.
 Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.
 The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air. It should be in full close state when long stored.
Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

维护及检修：
Maintenance and examination

 定期检查各传动部位的运行情况。
 定期更换电动推杆的润滑脂以保证其机械部分不受损坏。
 ，装入量为容积的 1/3。
定期更换减速机润滑油（90#机油）
 定期检查阀门转轴处的密封状况，如发现密封问题请更换或填加石墨填料。
 Check the operation condition of transmission part regularly.
 Exchange the lubricating grease of electric draw stem regularly to avoid damage of machinery part.
 Exchange the lubricating oil of speed reducer regularly and fill with third volume.
 Check the seal condition of rotating axle regularly and exchange or fill with graphite filler.

插板式锁风卸灰阀是根据我公司多年生产经验和客户实际工况研制开发的新型锁风卸灰系列。
可广泛应用于建材、冶金、矿山、电力、化工、粮食、玻璃等行业的物料输送系统中和作为各种磨机、
烘干机、料仓等的锁气卸灰装置。
The valve is the new type of air-locking discharging on the base of the operation experience and the practical working
condition of user. It is widely used in building material, metallurgy, mining, electric power, chemical, food and glass industries etc to
transport material and to be the air-locking discharge device in dry machine, storage and grinding machine etc.

结构特点：
Structure characteristic:
插板式锁风卸灰阀采用优质碳钢焊接成形，结构新颖、紧凑、科学。内外双层结构，避免粘连
性物料附着体筒无法保证锁气和运行等现象；上下层结构可使阀板间歇交替运动，保证锁气功能。配
置不同要求的传动装置，可保证运行平稳，卸灰、锁气可靠。
S 为手动式，D 为电动式，Q 为气动式，Y 为电液动式；Ⅰ型为圆法兰连接，Ⅱ型为方法兰连接。
The valve is welded in fine carbon steel, having the features of novel and compact structure and double layers, which can
prevent the sticky material from adhering to the cylinder and ensure the normal air locking and operation. The disc can move
intermittent alternately because of the upper and lower layer structure. Operation is calm and discharging and air-locking is reliable
when it is equipped with different transmission devices.
S denotes manual, D denotes electric, Q denotes pneumatic, Y denotes electric hydraulic; type Ⅰ is the round flange
connection and type Ⅱ is square flange connection.

工作原理：
Working principle:
插板式锁风卸灰阀主要由本体、阀板、传动轴、密封副及传动装置等组成。物料由进料口进入 ，
落入料斗中，待工况需要卸灰时，人工向外拉阀板手柄即可卸料，待第一层料卸完时，向内推阀板手
柄，此时，阀板象铡刀一样，使粘连在内套体壁上的物料被切断，至使阀板完全关闭，重复上述操作，
开启下阀板，卸灰、锁风。配置电动推杆、电液动推杆，可实现自动化操作，推杆在得到指令后，通
电带动阀板向外位移；满足卸灰需要后，又向内位移，满足锁风需要，下层重复上述操作，形成整套
完整动作。配置气动推杆，通过双控二位五通电控换向阀驱动气动推杆带动阀板作往复运动，完成整
套卸灰锁气动作。所有配置均带有行程限位装置，开、关到位能反馈指示信号。
The valve is mainly made up of body, disc, transmission shaft, sealing pairs and transmission device etc. The material gets
into from feeding intake and fall into the hopper. Pull the handle outwards and discharge. Pull handle inward when discharging of the
first layer is over, and the material is cut off, the disc is fully closed. Repeat the above step, open the disc and then discharge and lock
air. Automation control can be realized when it is equipped with electric or electric hydraulic draw stem. The stem is powered and
drives the disc move outwards after it receives command. It drives the disc move inwards and locks air after discharging. The lower
layer repeats the above steps. The double-control two-bit five-way electric-control reversal valve drives the pneumatic draw stem to
move with disc. All devices are equipped with stroke limit device and indicating signal can be feed back.

安装及调试：
Installation and regulation

 安装时传动装置不允许作起吊用，并严禁损伤。
 安装前必须清洁阀门内腔，不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。
 安装前先检查阀门各传动部分是否完好，按用户工作系统要求对阀门做适当的调整（出厂时已作
标准调整）
，试运行无误后将阀门处于关闭状态再进行安装。
 法兰连接时加密封垫后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。
 The transmission device cannot be hoisted and avoid being damaged when installed.
 The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body
 Check the transmission part before install. Adjust valve properly according to the demand of user. Close the valve and install
the valve after there is no mistake.
 Installation of flange connecting valve is on diagram. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.

运输及保管：
Transportation and protection

 运输时应避免撞击阀门，阀门应处于关闭位置以防在运输中阀板和传动部件损坏。
 当阀门运输时传动装置及传动部位应悬空，以防止传动轴受力过大变形损坏。
 传动装置及传动部位应作防潮、防雨处理。
 该阀应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。长期存放时应使阀门处于关闭状态，各传动
部位加润滑油，传动装置作防潮、防尘处理。
 Avoid bumping and the valve is in full close in order to avoid damage of disc and driving part.
 Transmission device and part should be hung up when the valve is transported in order to prevent damage of axle.
 Treatment of dampproof and rainproof should be done to transmission device and part.
 The valve should be stored in dry room and should not be piled up in open air. It should be in full close state when long stored.
Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof and dustproof.

维护及检修：
Maintenance and examination

 定期检查各传动部位的运行情况。
 定期更换电动推杆的润滑脂以保证其机械部分不受损坏。
 定期检查阀门转轴处的密封状况，如发现密封问题请更换或填加石墨填料。
 Check the operation condition of transmission part regularly.
 Exchange the lubricating grease of electric draw stem regularly to avoid damage of machinery part.
 Check the seal condition of rotating axle regularly and exchange or fill with graphite filler.

锥形锁风阀广泛适用于建材、冶金、矿山、煤炭、化工、热电等行业，用于物料输送的自动调
节及控制，防止野风的进入，确保系统正常运行。
This valve is widely used in building material, mining, coal, chemical, metallurgy and thermoelectricity industries etc. It can
automatically adjust and control the carrying of material. It also can prevent improper air from entering in order to keep the system
working normally.

采用优质钢材焊接而成，运行灵活、密闭性好、性能可靠，具有自动锁风落料的功效。特别适

This valve is welded in fine steel, having the features of handy to operate, good seal, reliable performance and having the

工作原理：
Working principle:
锥形锁风阀利用力矩平衡的方法实现卸灰。当作用于翻板上的物料产生的力矩大于重锤摇杆产
生的力矩时，阀板打开向下卸灰。一旦积灰卸去后，重锤与摇杆产生的力矩使阀板迅速关闭，实现锁
气。落料的频率及卸灰量依据工况需要来调整重锤位置。
The valve realizes discharging using trimming moment. When the moment made by material on turning plate is greater than
that of heavy hammer and rocker, the disc will open adown to discharge. After discharge the moment made by heavy hammer and
rocker will drive disc close quickly to realize locking air. Dropping material frequency and discharge amount is determined by the
working condition demand to adjust heavy hammer position.

使用说明：

 本阀连接方式为法兰连接。
 安装时请注意阀体上标注介质流向，两法兰连接时必需加密封垫片，然后均匀锁紧螺栓。
 设备在运行时，请定期给传动部分加润滑油。

锁气排料阀由阀体、阀板、阻尘管、传动部件及传动装置等构成。受料装置与锁气排料阀对口时，
执行机构得到指令动作，阀板的开启与活套的伸出两动作同时进行。与受料装置接口对接，使粉尘无
外泄飞扬状态。排料完毕执行机构按指令往返运动，阀板关闭与活套缩回也同时进行。
The valve is mainly made up of body, valve disc, resisting dust pipe, transmission parts and transmission device etc. When the
valve is connected with accepted device, the actuator receives order to open disc and stretch the movable cover at the same time. The
connection can prevent dust from letting out and flying upwards. When the action is over, the actuator receives order to close disc
and retract the movable cover at the same time.

This series valve is widely used in metallurgy, building material, oil chemical and electric power industries etc. It is the
discharging device of stove and removing dust system.

结构特点：

该钟形卸灰阀由阀体、锥形阀塞、连杆、驱动装置等组成，用连杆拉动阀塞上下运动完成启闭
动作。其中 X 型为橡胶软密封，应用于冶炼高炉喷煤系统的煤粉输送控制。W 型为阀体本体材料密
封，应用于除尘系统尘灰输送控制。
This valve is made up of body, cone valve plug, connected pole, driving device etc. The plug drew by the connected pole
moves up and down to complete the action of open and close. Type X denotes rubber soft seal, which is applied to carrying control of
coal powder in smelt blast furnace gushing coal system. Type W denotes body material seal, which is applied to carrying control of
dust powder in removing dust system.

执行机构得到程序指令后推动摇杆使锥形塞打开向下卸灰，积灰卸去后，依据程序规定时间，推
杆推进使锥形塞关闭密闭。执行机构的推出与推进都有行程控制，同时反馈开关信号。

drives the plug to close according to the program time after discharge. Push and extrusion of actuator are controlled by journey and
feed back switch signal at the same time.

高温翻板卸灰阀密封腔体容器内，设有可自动开启、关闭，转动灵活可靠并具有抗冲击、抗振动、
耐磨损能力的翻板。翻板的运行由带有一重锤的连杆来实现，连杆及重锤处于阀体两侧。
利用力矩平衡的原理实现工作。即当作用于翻板上的物料产生的力矩大于重锤摇杆产生的力矩
时，翻板自行打开物料顺着翻板开口自然、均匀、平稳地溜下，一旦积料卸去后重锤与摇杆产生的力
矩使翻板迅速关闭。
There is turning-disc in the sealed body of the valve, which can open, close automatically and has the features of reliable and
handy rotation, anti-impact, anti-shock and antifriction. The turning-disc is driven by the connecting rod with a heavy hammer. The
connecting rod and heavy hammer are on both sides of valve body.
The moment balance is used in the working principle. That is to say the turning-disc will open automatically when the moment
on the disc is more than that of heavy hammer and rocker, then the material will slide on the disc opening naturally and smoothly.
The moment made by heavy hammer and rocker will close the turning-disc quickly when the material is discharged.

 安装前空运行几次，查看各传动部分是否运转灵活。
 该阀为法兰式连接，安装时两法兰连接时必须加密封垫片，然后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。
 根据用户工况调整重锤在摇杆的位置。

adjusts, absorbs and slows the impact and powder rising, which is aroused by the material falling from high altitude. It is used in the
system of material processing, transporting and filtering. The material slide to the receiver device equably, calmly and regularly. The
type of the adjustor is various and the applicability is wide. There is no need to setup other material cushion device and guiding
device when the adjustor is installed in working system.

物料调节器是在总结以往各类型物料卸灰、调节设备的基础上研制开发的最新式、最先进的系
列产品，结构采用杠杆原理，独特的传动方式，封闭式的外形，使之具有外形紧凑，启闭灵活，耐磨
损、生产运行安全可靠、使用寿命长等特点。本调节器可使下落的物料所产生的飞扬粉尘围困在调节
器腔体内，作无规则运动，粉尘之间相互碰撞使其运动逐渐衰减直至静止，粉尘不能溢出污染环境，
为获得一个较好的生产环境而创造了有利的条件。
The adjustor is the newest and most advanced product which is designed on the base of all kinds of material discharging and
adjusting equipment. The structure makes use of lever principle. The transmission type is particular and the figure is close. It has
features of compact structure, flexible open and close, endurance, reliable operation and long life etc. The flying powder dust of
falling material can be closed in the body. The pumping among dust grain can reduce the moving until dust is immobile. Dust can not
overflow to pollute environment so we can have a good operating circumstance.

调节器密封腔体容器内，设有可自动开启、关闭，转动灵活可靠并具有抗冲击、抗振动、耐磨
损能力的挡板。挡板的运行由带有一配重块的连杆来实现，连杆及配重块均封闭于两侧箱体内。当调
节器存有一定量的物料时，挡板便自动打开，物料顺着挡板开口自然、均匀、平稳地溜下，粉尘仍然
封存于调节器内不能溢出。调节器的减振装置消除了挡板及配重块在开启、关闭过程中的振力。
The baffle is set in the sealing body of adjustor, which can open or close automatically, running freely. The baffle also can
resist impact and quiver and the ability of anti-abrasion is great. The baffle is controlled by the connecting pole with a heavy block.
The connecting pole and heavy block are closed in the body on two sides. The baffle can open automatically when there is some
material in the adjustor. The material slip along the baffle smoothly and powder dust is remained in the body. The shock absorber can
clear the shock force which is produced when the baffle and heavy block open and close.

Usage explanation
 安装前必须清洁阀门内腔，不允许有任何杂物和污垢附着。
 安装前先检查阀门各传动部分是否完好，试运行无误后将阀门处于全闭状态再进行安装。
 法兰连接时两法兰间必须加密封垫，然后均匀锁紧联接螺栓。
 根据客户实际工况需要调整配重块来保证下料量及下料频率。
 The body must be cleaned before installed and there is no dirt and sundries clinging to the body
 Check the transmission part before install. Close the valve and install the valve after there is no mistake.
 Add sealed shim between the two flanges. Lock down the connecting bolt after add sealing washer.
 Adjust the heavy block according to the working condition of user to ensure the feeding amount and feeding frequency.

运输及保管：
Transportation and protection
 运输时避免撞击调节器，调节器挡板应处于全闭位置，以防在运输中挡板及传动部件损坏。
 运输时传动部位应作防潮、防雨处理。
 调节器应存放在干燥的室内，不允许露天存放或堆置。
 调节器长期存放时应使设备处于关闭状态，各传动部位加润滑油,作防潮、防尘处理。
 Avoid bumping and the baffle is in full close in order to avoid damage of baffle and driving part
 Treatment of dampproof and vainproof should be done to transmission part when transport.
 The adjustor should be stored in dry room and can not be stored or piled up in open air.
 It should be in full close state when long stored. Add lubrication to the transmission part and the device should be dampproof
and dustproof.

维护及检修：
Maintenance and examination
 定期检查各传动部位的运行情况。
 定期给各传动部位加润滑油。
 每次检修后，应重新调整配重设施，对检修情况作记录。
 Examine the operation condition of transmission parts regularly.
 Add lubricant to transmission parts regularly.
 Adjust heavy device and note the examination result after examining.
