• Led a team of 11 KYC professionals (SME).
• Assisted KYC professionals in all aspects of the customer analysis process.
• Handle due diligence investigations to support policies and procedures.
• Maker – Worked as maker by checking documents and updating date of the document if it’s valid or not.
• EDD – Performed periodic review of customer’s account, transactions and other activities to detect and
report suspicious behavior.
• Financial Due Diligence – Investigative analysis of financial performance of client, checks of corporate
ownership structure against Sanctions, PEP to prevent terrorist financing and locking suspicious
transactions.
• Background Check – Before starting and dealing with new customer means review of the risk they hold.
• Identification – Appropriate identification of customer’s profile by using third party search and
identifying if Customer Due Diligence or Enhanced Due Diligence is needed or not.
• Root Cause Analysis – Performed RCA for multiple risk assessment and manage it and also for successful
remediation process. Through RCA we were taking correct actions and prevented recurring of problem.
