vessel Tag no. 08-VV-103 (BLOW GAS KNOCKOUT
DRUM) along with manholes, davit assembly, nozzles,
demister pad, companion flanges, foundation bolts,
pipe & platform support clits and all other welded
attachments to vessel inside & outside shell.

SCOPE OF WORK OF VENDOR:

1) It shall be noted that the fabrication, testing and supply of complete vessel shall be
strictly as per attached Drawings, datasheets, Design data, IOCL TECHNICAL
SPECIFICATION FOR PRESSURE VESSEL (IOCL/M&I/MECH/E/S/01), IOCL
Supplementary technical specifications for Carbon Steel Vessels
(IOCL/M&I/MECH/E/S/04) and QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN FOR VESSELS.

2) Vendor has to follow all notes mentioned in the attached drawing, datasheets, IOCL
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR PRESSURE VESSEL (IOCL/M&I/MECH/E/S/01), IOCL
Supplementary technical specifications for Carbon Steel Vessels
(IOCL/M&I/MECH/E/S/04) and QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN FOR VESSELS for
fabrication of the Complete vessels. The vessels to be manufactured & supplied should
be completely interchangeable with the existing vessels and must fit into the existing

 vessels for use at site without any modification. If the vessels does not fit in the existing
vessels, any repair/ replacement shall be done by the vendor free of cost.
Interchangeability certificate shall be submitted by vendor along with the supply.

3) All manufacturing job is to be carried out as per relevant codes & standards under the
supervision of IOCL approved third party inspection agency that shall carry out stage
wise inspection during fabrication till final testing and dispatch. Third party inspection
shall be carried out by any IOCL approved TPI agency.

4) Material Test Certificates from Govt. approved Lab. Or Mill Test Certificate for major
raw material will be furnished by the vendor.

5) Vendor to prepare the detail manufacturing drawing of vessel and submit to IOCL(AOD)
for approval before starting of the manufacturing.

6) Vendor to submit Q.A.P for the vessels for approval before starting the manufacturing.
QAP must be prepared as per the details provided in IOCL TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
FOR PRESSURE VESSEL (IOCL/M&I/MECH/E/S/01), IOCL Supplementary technical
specifications for Carbon Steel Vessels (IOCL/M&I/MECH/E/S/04) and QUALITY
ASSURANCE PLAN FOR VESSELS.

7) The total manufacturing to be done on the basis of Approved Drawing and QAP only.

8) In case of any discrepancy the vendor will have to replace the items at their own cost.

9) Six sets each of all drawings and documents to be sent along with the item.

10)Vendor has to give Guarantee/Warrantee against supplied vessels as per GPC along
with material dispatch documents.

11)Vendor has to submit all test reports; all material test certificates, etc. duly signed and
stamped by TPI, Original Inspection

NOTE:-

THE BIDDER ENTITY SHOULD ENSURE THAT ONLY ONE BID IS SUBMITTED BY THEM
DIRECTLY OR BY THEIR AGENT* ON BEHALF OF THE BIDDER ENTITY OR AS A
CONSORTIUM PARTNER. IN CASE IT IS FOUND THAT BIDDER ENTITY HAS SUBMITTED
MORE THAN ONE BID, ALL THEIR BIDS IN THE TENDER ARE LIABLE FOR REJECTION.

AGENT" FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSES WOULD BE ONE WHO AGREES AND IS AUTHORIZED
TO ACT ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER, A PRINCIPAL, TO LEGALLY BIND AN INDIVIDUAL IN
PARTICULAR BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES PURSUANT TO AN
AGENCY RELATIONSHIP.
SUBMISSION OF BIDS BY DIFFERENT OFFICES I BRANCHES OF THE BIDDER ENTITY WILL
BE CONSIDERED AS BIDS FROM THE SAME BIDDER ENTITY AND WILL BE LIABLE FOR
REJECTION.

BIDDER SHOULD UPLOAD SIGNED AND SEALED COPY OF THESE

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH THEIR BIDS AS
ACCEPTANCE.BIDS RECEIVED WITHOUT THESE PRE-REQUISITE
DOCUMENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR REJECTION.
