Calculations
For reducing bias in the decision, multiple sub-scenarios for leadership scope and internet usage are generated using more than 30(41) different probability scores for the six
of the major scenarios(no, low, little, moderate, high, certain). Formula used for random value generation for the respective probability brackets: lower limit+(upper limit-
