The smartphone
A smartphone is a cellular telephone with an integrated computer and other features
not originally associated with telephones, such as an operating system (OS), web
browsing and the ability to run software applications.
Smartphones are used by consumers and as part of a person's business or work. They
provide access to many mobile applications and computing functions, and have
become integral to everyday modern life.
In 1992, IBM announced the very first smartphone. It released the Simon Personal
Communicator (SPC) for purchase in 1994. The SPC was the first touchscreen phone.
Additionally, it had the ability to send and receive both emails and faxes.
Since the first iPhone was released in 2007, smartphones have come a long way.
Today we are able to do just about anything on our smartphones.
This one device allows us to communicate over text or call and take more pictures
than we ever could.
You can also use it to browse the internet, watch your favourite shows and even for
banking.
No wonder phones have become our prized possessions.

Most inventions come as a result of previous ideas and Mobile operating systems for smartphones and other portable
concepts, and 3D printing is no different. The earliest gadgets have enabled the proliferation of smartphones and

3D printing in recent years. Today, the technology is being
used in the production of everything from lower-cost car
parts to bridges to less painful ballet slippers and it is even
considered for artificial organs.
Gene Genome editing (also called gene editing) is a group of
technologies that give scientists the ability to change an
organism's DNA. These technologies allow genetic material to be

editing added, removed, or altered at particular locations in the genome.

This discovery heralded a new era in biotechnology.
The discovery has the potential to eradicate diseases by altering
the genes in mice and mosquitoes to combat the spread of Lyme
disease and malaria but is also raising ethical questions,
especially with regards to human gene editing such as for
reproductive purposes.
Digital
assistant
]One of the biggest technology trends in recent years has
been smart home technology, which can now be found in
everyday consumer devices like door locks, light bulbs,
and kitchen appliances. The key piece of technology that
has helped make all this possible is the digital assistant.
Apple was the first major tech company to introduce a
virtual assistant called Siri, in 2011, for iOS.
Other digital assistants, such as Microsoft's Cortana and
Amazon's Alexa, have since entered the market. The
assistants gained another level of popularity when tech
companies introduced smart speakers. Notably, Google
Home and Amazon's Echo can now be found in millions
of homes, with an ever-growing range of applications.
A self-driving car, also known as an autonomous car, is a car that is capable
of traveling without human input. Self-driving cars use sensors to perceive

Autonomous their surroundings, such as optical and thermographic cameras, radar, lidar,
ultrasound/sonar, GPS, odometry and inertial measurement units.
Autonomous vehicle technology may be able to provide certain advantages

Vehicles compared to human-driven vehicles. One such potential advantage is that

they could provide increased safety on the road – vehicle crashes cause
many deaths every year, and automated vehicles could potentially decrease
the number of casualties as the software used in them is likely to make
fewer errors in comparison to humans. A decrease in the number of
accidents could also reduce traffic congestion, which is a further potential
advantage posed by autonomous vehicles.
Green tech

Green tech–or green technology–is an umbrella term that describes the use of
technology and science to reduce human impacts on the natural environment. Green
technology encompasses a wide area of scientific research, including energy,
atmospheric science, agriculture, material science, and hydrology.

It reduces environmental impact by conserving natural resources like water bodies,

forests, fossil fuels, etc. Reduces environmental impact through technology like energy-
efficient lighting, low-energy network devices, minimal industrial discharge, etc.

Technology has touched almost every industry these days – financial services, transportation, telecommunications, agriculture and much more. Real estate
is no exception. Technological innovations in the field of real estate are developing rapidly every year. New digital real estate services are promising and
deserve attention from all investors. The real estate industry is experiencing rapid change and investors must be prepared for the ways in which electronic
property listing platforms, smartphone applications and virtual reality will affect all aspects of real estate transactions. The application of electronic
platforms for the purpose of property marketing is a growing trend. All platforms of this profile aim to enable aspiring or existing property owners to buy and
sell with ease How will technology affect real estate or real estate transactions? We invite you to read the following article.
Construction: Technology has had its indisputable impact on construction methodology. Here we can mention innovations in the quality of construction
materials, prefabrication technology, modular buildings and 3D modeling. All these developments directly affect the sale and lease of real estate.
Smart Home : Investors will double down on investing in smarter home devices that will improve safety and quality of life.
Automation: Automation of processes and tasks will become increasingly popular in the future of real estate. Financial contracts, rent payments and
maintenance checks via smart devices are just the beginning as more complex processes such as closing and underwriting are also becoming more
automated.

Blockchain is a new technological instrument that can serve to transparently and securely store a lot of data on online transactions involving digital real
estate. This technological innovation will reduce the need for traditional intermediaries in the future. BCHT makes it possible for transactions to be stored by
a network of computing units (computing nodes). BCHT is designed to allow individuals who have assets to personally perform digital transactions.
Transactions, after being verified, are placed in a block which is added to other blocks of information in the blockchain.
Digital Real Estate Listings: If you are looking for a home or business location for rent, you can easily find it on dedicated online real estate listings.
The inventions of the 21st century have transformed the world at an unpredictable pace, shaping our daily lives and redefining the possibilities of human
potential.
You've listened to this whole project and I'm sure it was interesting and intriguing to find out such new things about technology. Now I ask you.
