This research delves into the specific context of buffet restaurants to examine

the intricate relationship between food safety practices and business profitability

within this sector of the foodservice industry. Employing a comprehensive approach,

this study investigates how the rigorous implementation of food safety protocols and

hygiene standards uniquely affects buffet-style eateries. Utilizing a combination of

surveys, observations, and financial analyses, this research finds that buffet restaurants

that prioritize and effectively execute food safety measures not only reduce the risk of

foodborne illnesses but also enhance customer satisfaction and to gain profitability.
