SUBJECT: AUTHORIZATION LETTER FOR LAND TITLE COPY

of Joy Balaque Guquib, the daughter of the deceased property owner, Jimmy
Balaque, to obtain a copy of the land title. I am writing to formally request

my behalf and obtain a certified copy of the land title for the property. She
