KS1 Autumn Disco – Friday 24th November

(Reception, Year 1 & 2) 3.30pm – 4.45pm

£3 per child.

There will be squash and a packet of crisps given to the children so please advise of any allergies.
You can do this by popping a note with all the details on into the FOSM blue box in the foyer.

Please note - By paying the Disco fee you are confirming you are happy for your child to have these
unless you have told us otherwise.

Friday 24th November is a non-uniform day so your child can come to school wearing something
suitable for both non-uniform day and the disco meaning there is no need to send in party clothes.

The teachers will keep those attending the disco in class, and take them directly to the hall. This
means parents don’t need to come to school until the finish time of 4.45pm.

Please collect your child directly from the hall where there will be a one-way system in place and the
children will be stood in their classes for ease of collection.

There should now be an item in your ParentMail Payments that will allow you to pay the £3 for this
Disco.

THE DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT IS MONDAY 20th NOVEMBER AT MIDNIGHT. We set a

deadline to enable us to buy food and drinks and ensure all allergies are catered for.
